The Board of Trustees reserves the right to increase entrance fees for any unit. Once a “Residence and Care Agreement is executed, the entrance fee identified in that agreement shall not change.
Traditional Plan Entrance Fee reduces at 4% for the first month, then 2% per month until it depletes to Zero (4 years).
50% Refundable Plan Entrance Fee reduces at a rate of 4% for the first month, then 2% per month for the next 23 months.
90% Refundable Plan Entrance Fee returns 90% of the initial entrance fee.
