SHUS (Second Hand Uniform Shop) FAQs 1. What is the SHUS? The SHUS is the second-hand uniform shop where gently used school uniforms are sold at significantly reduced prices. These uniforms are donated by families whose children have either outgrown them or left the school. 2. What types of uniforms are available? We offer a variety of school uniform items, including MYP shirts, PYP and EY polo shirts, trousers, shorts, skorts, sportswear, and jumpers. 3. Where is the Shus located? We have moved to the first floor opposite the MYP staffroom. 4. Can I purchase uniforms if I didn't donate preloved uniforms? Absolutely! The shop is open to everyone for purchasing uniforms. 5. How are the prices determined? Our aim is to keep prices affordable by offering a 50% discount off the retail price to benefit as many families as possible. 6. What forms of payment are accepted? We accept cash only for payments. 7. Can I reserve items in advance? Unfortunately, we do not allow reservations; all items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. 8. What happens to the proceeds from the sale? The proceeds are utilized to support activities organized by the parent team that benefit the school community. 9. Can I return or exchange items purchased? Yes, we do offer returns and exchanges on preloved uniform items. 10. Are items cleaned before they are sold? While we ensure that preloved uniforms are in good condition and cleaned before the sale, we recommend buyers inspect all items before purchase and wash the uniforms again before use. 11.
