The challenge for this project was to create an innovative strategy to contribute to Smart City development. The goal was to define a problem and create a human-centered solution, taking into consideration an opportunity for data collection and management by Deutsche Telekom (the German Telecommunications Company). Focusing on Paris as our target city, we dived into the problems that Parisians face dial and asked ourselves: how might Parisians and tourists in Paris contribute to producing renewable energy for Paris’ urban usage, by benefiting from Paris’s Smart City strengths, using data?
At the end of the project, we delivered the research paper, the proposal, and the pitch video to Ole Schilling (VP Co-Creation & Partner Innovation Smart Cities & Regions at Deutsche Telekom) and were recommended to pursue the execution of the company in real life.
