The City Manager's Office works cooperatively with all City Departments to prepare the Monthly Operations Report. The document was developed with the intent to create an additional communications tool highlighting the ongoing and seasonal activities of each department. The report intends to provide a "snapshot" of departmental operations and significant City activities monthly.
