The City Manager's Office works cooperatively with all City Departments to prepare the Monthly Operations Report. The document was developed with the intent to create an additional communications tool highlighting ongoing and seasonal activities of each department. The report is intended to provide a "snapshot" of departmental operations and significant City activities on a monthly basis.
