Mary Anne Connaughton already enjoys a healthy lifestyle with food and exercise but she looks forward to doing more self care. “I really enjoy, taking the time to have a day to myself in the city, going to the museums and trying new things.”

Diana Lopez and Priya Jain want to do things that make them uncomfortable in 2026, like going to therapy and reaching out to family members. “I’m just going to really fight for opportunities and put myself out there, trust myself,” said Priya, right. Ira Bethea “won’t miss 2025 but looks forward to a change in New York City government in 2026.

Mary Hamilton at left, above, wants to do a lot better at following her dreams and live in the positivity. “There’s always somebody out here that we can help. It’s really important if we help each other.” Rachel Brown’s New Year’s resolution is to treat herself better and to be kind to people. “A lot of wonderful things happened to me in 2025 so I’ll cherish those moments instead of missing them,” she said.
