The Village of Cedarhurst combined live entertainment with community safety during its Summer Concert Series on Aug. 4 at Andrew J. Parise Park. Residents gathered for “A Night of Country Music,” featuring a performance by the County Line Band, while also taking part in National Night Out Against Crime.
The annual event gave families an opportunity to meet local first responders, strengthen neighborhood relationships and promote crime prevention in a relaxed setting. Didi Maxx served as the evening’s emcee, keeping the crowd engaged throughout the festivities. The event was made possible through the support
of sponsors Rason Materials, Russo Development Enterprises, Bolla Market, 202 Convenience Store, Michaels Electric Supply and the Five Towns Kiwanis Club.
The evening highlighted Cedarhurst’s commitment to fostering community spirit, public safety and summer fun. — Melissa Berman
