St. John’s lights up its Christmas tree Episcopal Health Services hosted its annual Christmas tree lighting ceremony in the lobby of St. John’s Episcopal Hospital on De. 5. The Beraca SDA Youth Choir and the Channel View School concert band performed as seasonal bites and refreshments were served to celebrate the holidays. Dr. Donald Morrish, EHS’s CEO, executive leadership and Pastoral Care team members were joined by elected officials, community members and other EHS team members. St. John’s Hospital, the only hospital on the Rockaway Peninsula, it serves southeast Queens, the Five Towns and surrounding communities. –Jeffrey Bessen
