Purim, a time to kick back and have fun Purim, a favorite holiday in the Jewish faith, is celebrated each year by old and young alike. Gifts of food and charity are exchanged as everyone reflects on the importance of acts of kindness. And best of all for children, Purim is a time to dress up in costumes and enjoy sweets while making crafts.
