Matthew Melnick, Jodi Luce and Nancy Widman came out on top of the at-large voting for the board of trustees. Yet Melnick — with 1,944 votes — captured just 18% of the electorate, compared to 14% from Rosario Seims, who picked up the lowest vote total, despite attracting 1,535 ballots in her favor. In fact, only 35 votes separated Nancy Widman from her closest challenger, Sharan Sokhey. Jensen Ambachen picked up 1,671 votes for a respectable fifth-place finish.
