HISTORY

Established in 1957 as a small family business, Richloom is based in the heart of New York City. An innovative leader in the industry, Richloom Contract delivers beautifully crafted fabric and finished goods, drawing inspiration from the city’s contemporary culture and surroundings.

Experts in design, service, and quality, Richloom Contract is known best for their fabrics, providing luxurious products without the high price to many of the top hotel properties and cruise lines around the globe.

Over Richloom’s nearly 70-year history, they have developed an unmatched understanding of how designers and brands conceptualize interiors, bringing their visions to fruition through creative consultation and a talented team of designers.

We offer decorative and basic blackout fabrics, available as subtle woven textures and intricate printed patterns. 100% blackout coverage in either 3 or 4 pass, our blackouts are customizable for narrow and wide width purposes.

WALLCOVERINGS

We offer Type II Vinyl wallcoverings in a variety of textures and patterns with non-woven backing. Extremely durable and easy to clean, they are perfect for corridors and guest rooms alike. Our Type II wallcoverings are woven domestically with quick lead times, for stock and custom.

PILLOWS

We elevate any setting with unique styles of decorative pillows. We offer pleated velvets, embroidered textures, or printed patterns customizable in color, style, and size suitable for hospitality laundering standards. Our decorative pillows are the finishing touch in any hospitality space.

We offer an array of top of bed coverings. Decorative top sheets have unique puckered and woven textures, while customizable duvet covers can be solid or patterned. An elevated space can be created with customizable embroidery elements for a polished top sheet.

CRUISE

Richloom Contract brings both passion and experience to the cruise industry with a proven trackrecord on the biggest new builds and revitalization projects of the past decade. We have established corporate offices in New York and Shanghai, strategic alliances across Europe, India, and the Middle East, and an international sales network. We leverage our global footprint and industry relationships to develop unique fabrics and finished products for our Cruise partners.

Richloom Contract recently partnered with Christiane Lemieux, launching a luxury textile collection for hospitality interiors.

Inspired by an extensive historical archive, carefully curated fragments and handmade art, the range features timeless and coveted fabrics and accessories that have been reinterpreted to meet the style and demands of contemporary interior design.

Richloom Contract has partnered with Kelly Hoppen CBE since 2014, one of the most celebrated and sought after interior designers in the world.

Widely known in the design community for her neutral palette, the expansive collection is designed to create luxury interiors and bring residential looks to hospitality.
