KEN PROSSER
March 21, 2020 Ken Prosser, 81, of Viola died Saturday, March 21, 2020 at his home. He was born on December 10, 1938 in Gillingham the son of Lester and Lola (Denman) Prosser. Ken laid gas pipeline across the United States and was the mayor of Kingston, Illinois. After his retirement he ran Prosser Tombstone Replacement and Repair. He really enjoyed working with the stones but was very proud of being sure veterans stones had the care they deserved. Ken loved country music and line dancing and was a member of RC Country Kickers. Ken is survived by his four children: Toni Meyer, Dawn Prosser, Brad Prosser, Bruce Prosser all of Illinois; several grandchildren; sister: Georgia McGrath of Richland Center; other relatives and friends. A special thank you to Kelly Scheder, FNP and the entire staff at the La Farge Medical Clinic for all of the care they have given to Ken. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date with burial to follow in the Fordham Cemetery in Friendship. RAMONA (MONA) MARIE MESEBERG
March 22, 2020 Ramona (Mona) Marie Meseberg, age 64, of La Farge, passed away peacefully Sunday, March 22, 2020. She was born June 25, 1955, in Richland Center to the late Robert Junior and Mary Ann (Blaha) Fanta. Mona graduated from Richland Center High School in 1974. While there she was Pep Club President. She met Frank Meseberg in 1975 and they were married in 1976. Together they celebrated 44 years of marriage. She babysat and worked on the family farm. Mona worked for 15 years until diagnosed with Huntington’s at St. Joseph’s, now Gundersen St. Joseph’s Hospital in Hillsboro. She loved to play euchre with cousins and family. She also enjoyed visiting her grandparents. She loved going to her grandchildren’s events. Mona adored animals, especially the family goat Bambi. Holidays were always a fun time for Mona and her family in particular the Christmas season. Besides her unconditional love of family and friends she admired Princess Diana and Brett Favre (even after he left the Packers). Survivors include her husband Frank; her two sons: Adrian (Christina)
Meseberg, Nathan Meseberg; four grandchildren: Payton, Hailey, Mason, and Isiah; two siblings: Dennis Fanta and Donna (David) Walters; brotherin-law Ken (Patsy) Meseberg; sisterin-law Patty (David) Weidermann; many nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. She was born on September 8, 1926 in Blue River Valley in Grant County the daughter of Alvin and Dorothy (Frye) Morava. She graduated from Muscoda High School in 1944. Delores was united in marriage

to Leslie Hardy on November 26, 1949. The couple owned and operated Les and Dees Bar in Muscoda from 1967-76. After they sold the bar, Delores took night classes and received her accounting certificate. She went to work for Gal Friday Services and retired from there. Delores enjoyed raising a large garden, watching sports, especially the Brewers and the Packers. She was an avid bowler and the highlight of her year was going to State Bowling. She enjoyed taking the grandkids to their sporting events and would be the loudest one cheering. Delores was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, the VFW Auxiliary and the Basswood Cemetery Association. Delores is survived by her children: Mitchell (Debra) Hardy of Richland Center, JillAnn (Ted) Whiteaker of Richland Center, Darcy Hardy (Kim Wardell) of Gays Mills; son-in-law: Philip Fry of Oshkosh; 9 grandchildren: Kevin (Tana) Fry, Angela Kever, Mike Grimm, Todd Grimm, Todd (Alise) Morris, Travis (Katie) Morris, Tricia (Jason) Williams, Zach Hardy, Brandon Mohr; 13 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; 2 nieces Paulette (Ralph) Strader and Charmayne (Larry) Anderson; many other relatives and friends.
