MICHAEL “MIKE” L. STODDARD
January 7, 2019 Michael “Mike” L. Stoddard, age 76, passed away peacefully with his wife Laura at his side on January 7, 2019, at UW Hospital in Madison. He was born on November 16, 1942, in Richland Center, Wisconsin the son of Mike and Beulah (Sager) Stoddard. He graduated from Richland Center High School in 1960, the Richland County Teachers College and the University of WI-Platteville. He returned to Richland County to teach at Ithaca Public Schools for 33 ½ years. Mike married the love of his life Laura Armstrong on August 4, 1979. He had a great love for his black labs and his three toy poodles. Mike loved all sports and was inducted into the Ithaca Athletic Hall of Fame. He coached football,
basketball, and track. He was an avid fan of the Badgers and Packers. Mike was a great hunter and was known as the Great Wautashi throughout the halls of Ithaca. He touched many lives with his infectious personality and was a role model to many within and outside his family. He had many adventures with his friends who remained lifelong friends. No matter what was happening in his life he always maintained his sense of humor. Survivors include his wife, Laura Stoddard; her parents, Ray and Therese Armstrong; two dogs, Sky and Joli; a sister, Ruth Schwerin (Dale Balsley); a cousin, Janet Munz (George Urguhart); brother-in-law, Mark (Ruth) Armstrong; sister-in-law, Mary Beth (John) Lund; nieces, nephews, and many friends. He is preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Jennie Lou McDougal. Funeral Services were held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, January 13, 2019, at the Clary Memorial Funeral Home in Richland Center. Pastor Craig Peach officiated with burial in the Richland Center Cemetery. Visitation was held at the Clary Memorial Funeral Home on Sunday, January 13, 2019 from 11:00 AM until the time of service at 2:00 PM. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the

WAYNE E. KINTZ
January 9, 2019 Wayne E. Kintz age 92 of Richland Center passed away on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at Schmitt Woodland Hills in Richland Center. Wayne was born on June 26, 1926 to Milford and Mildred (Eaton) Kintz. He went to rural school and graduated from the Richland Center High School in 1944. Wayne met Darleen Allbaugh at church and they were married November 27, 1949. They farmed near Richland Center for 45 years where Wayne was born. He was a lifetime member of Peace United Methodist Church and loved singing in the church choir until he was 90 years old. He and Darleen loved
traveling the world by car, bus, plane or ship and his greatest passion in retirement was writing books. He enjoyed his children and grandchildren who all lived nearby sharing many family times. Wayne is survived by his wife Darleen Kintz of Richland Center, two daughters Pam Kintz and Sandy (Larry) Keller both of Richland Center, one son Jerry (Pam) Kintz of Richland Center, four grandsons, Brett and Amanda, Ryan, Todd Keller, and Cody Kintz, 6 great grandchildren, a brother John (Penny) Kintz of The Villages, FL, two nephews Kirk and Craig Kintz both of Iowa, one cousin Evelyn Minich of Omak, WA, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Milford and Mildred Kintz and a nephew, John Todd Kintz. A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. at the Peace United Methodist Church with Rev. Wiley Gladney officiating. Visitation was held on Saturday at the church from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service. A private family burial will take place in the Richland Center Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the music ministry of the Peace United Methodist Church. Online condolences available at www.staffordfuneralhomes.

January 11, 2019 Arlen Edward Andreae, age 90, of Richland Center died January 11, 2019, at the Richland Hospital. He was born in Price County, in Spirit, WI on October 12, 1928, son of Edward and Grace (Helvey) Andreae. Arlen married Elaine Brietzke on September 1, 1951, in Menasha, WI. Arlen worked for Department of Agriculture as a livestock inspector. He served in the Korean War in the Army in 1953. He loved the outdoors with hunting, fishing and his land up north where they spent their summers. Survivors include his wife Elaine of 67 years of Richland Center; son, Rodney (Ann) Andreae of Richland
