She was born August 27, 1930 in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania to Noah and Alice (Hertzler) Zimmerman. She accepted Christ as her personal Savior in her youth and faithfully served Him all her days. Her example of love and gratitude will not be forgotten. She married Noah H. Hege on June 23, 1951. He preceded her in death on November 18, 1995. Noah and Ella moved from PA to Hickory Flat south of Muscoda, WI in the early 60’s. They farmed and raised their family there for 14 years before moving to MN from 1974-1984. After returning to southern WI they farmed near Sabin, WI until 1991 when Noah suffered from a heart attack requiring them to retire from farming. In retirement they moved next to the park at Rock Bridge. In the fall of 2005 Ella moved to a little house on Poole Lane next to her daughter Eunice where she resided until her passing. She enjoyed quilting and crocheting baby booties in her later years. She will be remembered for her smile and thankfulness to those who cared for her until the end. She is survived by her five sons and three daughters and 39 grandchildren; Joy (Gary) Butikofer of Richland Center, Wisconsin and sons: Laban, Reuben, Titus, Joel, and Johann; Warren (Dorothy) of Richland Center, Wisconsin and children: Myranda, Franklin, and George; David (Lois) of Lafarge, Wisconsin and children: Timothy, Jeremiah, Anita, Micah, Lisa, Grace, and Susanna; Lois (Robert) Loewen of Neepawa, Manitoba, Canada and children: Heidi and Isaac; Stephen (Alta) of Long
Lake, South Dakota and their children: John, Janelle, Julian, and Jennifer; Simeon (Louise) of Free Union, Virginia and children: Jonathan, Jeremy, Joshua, Julia, Justina, and Jared; Sam (Twila) of Littlefork, Minnesota and sons: Devon, Douglas, and Dennis; Eunice (Darwin) Hostetler of Richland Center, Wisconsin and children: Donavon, Dolan, Ellamae, Emma, Daryl, Delavon, Duane, Darius, and Dawson; and 46 great grandchildren. She is also survived by two brothers and three sisters: Amy (Daniel) Kraybill of Dillsburg, Pennsylvania; Mabel Martin of Ladysmith, Wisconsin; Wayne (Joyce) Zimmerman of McBride, British Columbia, Canada; Alvin (Ann) Zimmerman of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; and Ethel (Dale) Clugston of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania. She was preceded in death by her husband, Noah Hege; her parents, Noah and Alice Zimmerman; and one grandson, Robert Hege. Funeral services were held on July 14, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Lighthouse Chapel, Richland Center, Wisconsin. Burial was at the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Richland County, Wisconsin.

He was born on September 1, 1931, the son of Anton and Clara (Marshall) Miller in the Township of Ithaca. On January 23, 1952 he married Ida Cleone Elliott. Together they farmed many years in Ithaca Township on a 2nd generation dairy farm. July 25, 2018 Ronald “Ron” Dobbs, age 66, of Soldiers Grove passed away on Wednesday, July 25, 2018, at the Bland Bekkedal Center for Hospice in Viroqua. Ron was born in Richland Center on October 29, 1951, the son of Gaylord and Betty (Hartley) Dobbs. Ron graduated from Richland Center High School in 1969, where he became the first wrestling state champion in school history. He married Cheryl Kaderavek on September 18, 1971 in Richland Center and together they raised three children on a farm in rural Richland County. Ron farmed his entire life and worked at Foremost Farms for 15 years. Ron & Cheryl (along with Steve & Kathy Dobbs) won Outstanding Young Farmer in 1986. Ron was inducted as an inaugural member of the Richland Center Wrestling Hall of Fame and

A special thank you to Pastor Wiley Gladney of Peace United Methodist Church for coming to our home, attending the funeral, and for being our spiritual leader.
