Q. The market is hot, does that mean I should price high?
A. This is a common conversation we are having with prospective sellers at listing appointments these days. You’d think pricing high in a seller’s market would make sense, but it seems to be having adverse effect. Buyers have adapted quickly to this market and they are trained with the mindset that they will likely have to pay near or maybe even above asking price. Any buyer that has looked at a few houses in your neighborhood knows if your house is overpriced. As a result, many will just skip over your house and not even look at it if it’s priced too high. Or worse, they might look at your house, but not even offer if they aren’t willing to offer at or above asking price. It only takes about 2 weeks on the market for buyers to start questioning, what’s wrong with that Keith & Kinsey Schulz house? Why does nobody else want it? So, the house sits on the market until the seller has done a Real Estate Team few price reductions. At this point the house is priced where it probably should have been priced to begin with. The big difference is there are very few people looking at it now, and the buyer gains more negotiating power. I’ve been getting headaches at least once a week and my medical doctor has ruled out any underlying condition. Is there anything a chiropractor can do that will have a lasting effect?

Healthy eating habits lead to healthy teeth. Eat a variety of foods from the five major food groups, and avoid snacking. Most snacks that we eat can lead to cavity formation. The more frequently we snack, and the more “sticky” snacks we eat, the greater the risk of tooth decay. These snacks, especially those high in sugar, like fruit roll-ups and raisins, stick to the biting surfaces of teeth and can be hard to get out of your teeth. How long food remains in your mouth also plays a role. Breath mints and hard candy stay in the mouth a long time, which causes longer acid attacks on tooth enamel. Most of us enjoy snacks, so we need to choose nutritious ones like vegetables, low-fat yogurt, and low-fat cheese, which are healthier and better for our teeth.
