CNC Machinist (2nd & 4th Shift) – The position requires set up and operation of machining equipment including various drill presses, manual/CNC lathes and mills. The position requires the ability to operate measuring and material handling equipment, read blueprints and perform basic math functions. A vocational diploma in machine tool and production machining experience is preferred. Welder (1st, 2nd & 4th Shift) – Seeking skilled welders to weld unit shells, sub-assemblies and components. A vocational diploma in welding or a minimum of two years production welding experience is required. Experience in GMAW and flux cored arc welding, blue print reading and operating material handling equipment is preferred. Parts Inventory Planner – The Parts Inventory Planner is responsible for the accurate planning, scheduling, and expediting of repair parts to satisfy current customer demand and anticipated demand by utilizing and maintaining electronic tools and product/ process knowledge. Responsibilities include reviewing system reports to determine appropriate ordering, initiate parts expediting activities, creating/maintaining item data, and review/implement change notices. Experience working in an inventory control environment is required. Knowledge of and experience in the areas of customer service, inventory, logistics, agricultural equipment and intermediate computer skills (MS Word and Excel, ERP/AS400, Internet, and e-mail is preferred. Accountant – The Accountant performs a variety of accounting, analytical support and administrative duties to assist in the daily operations of the Accounting Department. Duties include assisting with monthly/annual financial, costing, and inventory reporting; preparing and posting monthly journal entries; maintaining lease records and R&D costing; and assisting with seasonal AP/AR workload. A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and two years related accounting experience is preferred. Experience in spreadsheet applications (Excel), SAP system experience, Internet, and e-mail is preferred. Robotics Tooling Designer – The employee designs holding fixtures and tools for making production parts and occasional shop tools for the conveyance and storage of materials, utilizing Pro Engineer/CREO software. Other responsibilities include introducing tooling and fixturing into production and training employee in its use, and fabricating or modifying current tools/fixtures to improve productivity. Advanced education in engineering or manufacturing or three years experience in manufacturing required. The position requires knowledge and basic skills in the areas of machining, fabrication, welding, assembly, and CAD software. Pro Engineer/CREO experience is preferred. Weekend/Fourth Shift Manager – The individual is responsible to manage all fourth shift manufacturing and collaborate with the functional manufacturing managers to ensure on time delivery, production costs, quality and quantity, methods application, and effective utilization of labor, machines, and equipment during fourth shift production. A minimum of three years of production supervision and a related vocational or college degree is required. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude, knowledge of manufacturing processes (welding, assembly and paint prep), and cost of quality (i.e. scrap and rework) is required. Demonstrated knowledge of Lean Enterprise techniques is preferred.
