Try to keep cats away from decorative lights and the allure of shiny, breakable ornaments. Fireplaces are wonderful for napping near when grates are present and secured. Be vigilant with unattended plates, holiday fare can be too rich and cause upset stomachs in our animals if they sneak a taste.
