I decided to come to Rosemeyer Jones Chiropractic after numerous times at other health care providers without any results. About three years ago I was lifting something very heavy (more than I should have been), and felt something weird in my lower back. It didn’t really bother right away and I kept working. The next day, however, I could not move and had very severe pain and tingling in my left leg. I assumed it would go away and it never did. Two months later, even though I had been going through physical therapy, I was still having the pain, although it was not as intense as it had been in the beginning. After dealing with this for the past three years, I was ready for some changes. I have a family member in the Platteville area and they recommended that I try this clinic and that he had dealt with something very similar and had gotten some relief. At that point, I really had nothing to lose. I made an appointment at the clinic, and within weeks I was having positive results that I had not experienced before. Some of the tingling was reducing and the pain was starting to go away. I could not believe it. After using the decompression table I was getting relief. It has changed my life completely. Additionally, I used to have headaches weekly and have not had a headache since starting care at the clinic.... Thank You”

Remove steak from Marinade; discard Marinade. Pat steak dry with paper towels. Place steak on grid over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill, covered, 12 to 14 minutes (over medium heat on preheated gas grill, 16 to 19 minutes) for medium rare (145°F) doneness, turning once. Do not overcook. Meanwhile prepare Colorful Vegetables. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add bell pepper; cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes or until crisp-tender. Add mushrooms, zucchini, cumin, salt and black pepper; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Add tomato and green onion; cook and stir 1 minute. Carve steak into thin slices; season with salt, as desired. Serve with Colorful Vegetables.
