Place the pork tenderloin directly on the grill grates and smoke for 1-2 hours, flipping once, until the temperature in the middle reaches 145 degrees F. • Remove from the grill and allow to rest for 10 minutes. Slice thinly and serve with the fresh blackberry sauce. A Sweet Finish End the night on a sweet note by smoking your favorite cobbler or pie. Place it in the grill and bake for 4045 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown. Add a festive touch by serving with your favorite gourmet holiday ice cream.

Grant County History Museum Open House LANCASTER, WI, November 2019 — The new Grant County History Museum is now open. The history museum run by the Grant County Historical Society, previously named the Cunningham Museum, has moved next door to 135 E Maple St and been renamed the Grant County History Museum (GCHM). The public is encouraged to stop in and see the new space. Back in September of 2019, the Board of the Grant County Historical Society voted to change the name of the museum to the Grant County History Museum as they felt the previous name did not reflect all that was in the museum and visitors did not come to the museum because of this. “This is an exciting time for the Grant County Historical Society” said Dr. Rachel Lewis, the museum director of the Grant County Historical Society. “Our new museum is all on one floor, making it more accessible. It is laid out in such a way that we can easily add new collections items or change around the exhibits without having to do a complete overhaul. Museums are living spaces that change with the collection and needs of the museum. I want this museum to reflect that.” The GCHM will be open Monday – Friday from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm or by arrangement. Grant County Historical Society is a 503c(3) Not-forProfit Organization dedicated to enrich lives by collection, preserving, and sharing the history of Grant County.
