Pool users of both private and public pools are exposed to chemicals like chlorine and bromine, which are added to the water to kill bacteria and germs. The pool should be tested regularly for the chemical content and treated to maintain the correct balance. Incorrect balances can result in pool users experiencing symptoms like fainting, nausea, headaches, eye issues, and lung problems. are still selling fast and the housing market is still skewed in the seller’s favor. Although, we have noticed that there is more inventory of houses in higher price ranges. For example, on the west side of Madison there is 3.6 months of inventory of homes over $350,000, but there is only 1.5 months of inventory for homes under $350,000. As a result, first time home buyers in the lower price ranges are likely going to continue to compete against other buyers for homes. While move up buyers in the higher price ranges will find buying a little less competitive. This Keith & Kinsey Schulz can offer a great opportunity for a move up buyer to sell their starter home and buy something larger, nicer, or in a better location. We have also noticed the number of active buyers is starting Real Estate Team to taper off a bit. This is pretty typical for this time of year, as most family’s want to be closed and settled into their new home by the time school year begins. If you are in the market to buy a home, the next 3 months may be your best opportunity, because you’ll have slightly less competition, but higher levels of inventory than we typically see through the winter months.

When a parent brings their child in for the first time, I go through the same evaluation process and testing procedures that I use for all of my clients. The only difference is that I spend extra time explaining how massage is performed; this helps to alleviate any anxiety or misconceptions they may have. If it’s preferred, a parent may stay in the room during the massage. It’s never too early to start on the road to good health and wellness; by starting early we can detect and eliminate small problems before they become large ones later in adulthood.
