Each student is placed into one of twelve residential colleges, a smaller community that reflects the rich tapestry of our diverse student body. Each residential college has its own student government, traditions and unique culture!
Community service and global outreach are just a few ways in which Rice students extend this culture of care beyond the hedges.
Most importantly, colleges offer community. A core Team of faculty, staff and peer advisors live alongside students on campus, providing built-in support and helping all students feel at home.
