The restaurant has three components; a pasteleria featuring the products of La Rose Noire, a taperia with cured meats and cheeses from international purveyors, and a Filipino-Spanish fusion brasserie. The heart of Union Market will be its brasserie. It will be the first to offer Stone Grill Steak in Davao, alongside popular favorites: paella, tapas, lechon, etc. To make for truly rounded market, bread and pastry products from the world-class brand La Rose Noire will be in full display. MAIN LOGO Union Market’s Main Logo is consisting of a logotype and an icon. Contemporary and minimalist, the whole logo is a combination of its name and the three main components of the brand - Pasteleria, Taperia and Brasseria. The icon on the top of the logotype are slanted strips that seems random but the letters U & M are visible via negative spaces in the center of the icon.
COLOR PALETTE Union Market’s Color Palette consists of Black, White, Gray and Gold and its hue variations.
