Top Systems for Hotel and Leisure Projects: Vision 7 Thermal Commercial Door and Framing System This robust entrance door has achieved over one million open-close cycles in durability testing, with U-values as low as 1.1Wm²K. Its slim profile features an anti-finger-trap design and unique post-installation adjustable bottom pivot. It is PAS 24 certified for single and double doors with standard locks and concealed panic hardware. It is also tested to STS 202 (Burglar Resistance levels BR1 and BR2) and can be supplied by STS 202 certified fabricators. Vision 7 is available with either standard hook locking or access control using Maglocks, achieving PAS 24 and STS 202. ConceptWall 50 Curtain Wall System A versatile façade system offering design freedom, high thermal and acoustic performance, and structural strength. Suitable for large glazed areas and complex architectural forms, ConceptWall 50 supports sustainable design with Passive House and Cradle to Cradle Certified® options. CW 50 can accommodate glass loads up to 700kg helping to maximise entrance of light into the building. Alternative ConceptWall 60 and SlimWall 35 curtain wall systems are also available.

MasterLine 8 Windows and Doors Achieving Passive House certification, this window and door system is an ideal solution for sustainable hotel and leisure projects. ML 8 doors and windows achieve PAS 24 security standard, whilst also providing excellent AWW, thermal and acoustic performance. This system is one of Reynaers Cradle to Cradle Certified® products. SlimLine 38 Windows and Doors This high-insulation ultra slim window and door system offers multiple minimalistic variants. Its slender, steel-look design is a perfect fit for new builds and contemporary projects. SL 38 is another Cradle to Cradle Certified® product. As well as achieving PAS 24 for its windows, it is a high performing, sustainable solution, suitable for any building project. The HI+ window variant can offer Passive House thermal performance. ConceptSystem 77 Windows and Doors This system is Reynaers most versatile solution, offering a wide variety of opening types and styles to support a broad scope of architectural designs. CS 77 is a great all-round performer in terms of acoustics, AWW, thermal efficiency, and security achieving PAS 24 certification. It offers a broad range of panic door options and is another of Reynaers Cradle to Cradle Certified® products.

Passive House Certified solutions As the UK strives to reduce its environmental impact, the demand for Passive House standard buildings is on the rise. Reynaers’ Passive House Certified solutions provide excellent performance levels year-round, whilst promoting a warm and comfortable interior. Factors such as temperature, indoor air quality, and noise levels inside a building directly impact the comfort levels and cognitive performance of occupants.

Cradle to Cradle Certified® products Build with circularity in mind. 15 of Reynaers products – and within this, over 50 variants – hold Cradle to Cradle (C2C) Certification®. This sustainable seal of approval indicates both the durability and quality of aluminium used in our circular systems, working towards a waste-free ecosystem. By producing C2C certified products, we support architects in the UK to design buildings with a low carbon footprint.

To realise the project’s distinctive industrial aesthetic, Reynaers supplied the ConceptPatio 130 lift and slide doors, SlimLine 38 doors, and ConceptWall 50 façade system. The ultra-slim, steel-look profiles of SlimLine 38 deliver the desired heritage-inspired appearance while providing excellent thermal insulation and acoustic performance for this busy city-centre location. Large expanses of glazing maximise natural daylight and reinforce the building’s clean, contemporary design, while the integrated systems offer outstanding weather resistance, energy efficiency, and occupant comfort. Together, they demonstrate how Reynaers solutions combine refined aesthetics with reliable, high-performance building envelopes.

The Sea Rooms Rosslare, Ireland

Designed by LUCA Architects, The Sea Rooms at Kelly’s Resort in Rosslare, Ireland, is a striking contemporary restaurant that celebrates its coastal setting.

To help realise the architectural vision of expansive glazing and seamless indoor-outdoor living, Reynaers Aluminium supplied a range of high-performance systems, including ConceptWall 50 and CW 50-SC façades, SlimLine 38 HI windows and doors, CS 77-HI systems, and ConceptPatio 155 lift-slide doors.

Together, these solutions maximise natural daylight, frame uninterrupted sea views and deliver outstanding thermal performance, durability, and weather resistance in a demanding coastal environment.
