Celebrating Our HVAC Apprenticeship Graduates
Congratulations to Elijah Bradley, Matthew Hann, and James Kreig on completing their HVAC apprenticeship programs and earning their journeyman status!
The three began their apprenticeships in September 2022 and officially graduated this year after completing a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on field experience. Throughout the program, they studied topics including gas furnaces, boilers, electrical circuits, and refrigerants, building the skills needed for a successful career at Reybold Matthew and Elijah completed their programs in Maryland, while James completed his in Delaware.
We are proud of their hard work and dedication throughout the program. Their success is an investment in both their careers and the future of our maintenance operations

Spring Open House Brings Fun and Community Spirit to St. Andrews
A Hot Day, Cold Treats, and a Memorial Day BBQ to Remember
On May 20, the corporate parking lot was filled with employees for a Memorial Day BBQ that saw a great turnout Dickey’s BBQ was served alongside burgers and hotdogs freshly grilled by Dave Manzolillo and Jim Grygiel. Cornhole games kept things lively throughout the afternoon, while the Mr Softie truck made a stop to hand out ice cream treats
Despite the very hot weather, the event offered a relaxed break in the day with plenty of food, conversation, and time spent outdoors together A fitting kickoff to the unofficial start of summer
Our Spring Open House at St. Andrews was a lively, high-energy celebration for residents and guests.
The event featured a DJ, face painting, a visit from the Peep Bunny, and a variety of fun activities for all ages, creating a vibrant atmosphere throughout the day.
Savor The Moment mobile treat truck was also there, and they served up candy and Chick-fil-A for attendees to enjoy while taking part in the festivities.
A big thank you to everyone who helped make the event such a success. We’re looking forward to more community events like this in the months ahead

Healthier Swaps
Employees recently joined Strive for a helpful Health Talk focused on making everyday meals healthier without giving up the foods they love The webinar, Same Dishes, Healthier Swaps, shared simple ingredient substitutions and practical tips for creating nutritious, satisfying meals while maintaining flavor and convenience. Participants learned how small changes can make a big difference in supporting longterm health and wellness

Friendly Competition, Big Results: Inside Construction’s Biggest Loser Challenge
Earlier this year, members of our Construction team kicked off a Biggest Loser competition focused on wellness, motivation, and a little friendly competition.
Seven employees participated over the course of nearly three months, working toward their personal health goals. Congratulations to Jason Johnson, who took first place after losing an impressive 21 2 pounds Jason was awarded a trophy, certificate, and a $140 prize for his accomplishment.
We appreciate everyone who took part in the challenge and made it a fun competition for the team

Compliance Training Reminder
Mandatory compliance training sessions have been scheduled for June 3 and June 10 at the Draper Building, located at 1501 Porter Road in Bear, DE. Employees who are required to attend have already received an email from HR Manager Lyndsay Patterson with additional details and sign-up information.
The training will cover Harassment Prevention and Drug Awareness for Non-Managers and will run from 7:00 AM to 9:15 AM. Attendance is required for employees hired after December 2025, those due for training, or anyone who missed the 2025 training window. Managers have also been copied on the information email to help ensure eligible employees are registered
Meet Principal, Our New 401k Administrator
We’re excited to announce the transition of our retirement plan to Principal®, helping employees access new tools and resources for planning their financial future.
To help employees get started, educational seminars will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at the Draper Building, located at 1501 Porter Road in Bear, DE. Sessions will be offered at 7:00 AM, 8:15 AM, and 9:30 AM Jesse Muse, a Principal Retirement Education Specialist, will guide attendees through account setup, retirement wellness tools, and ways to maximize the company match
Employees are encouraged to attend one of the available sessions and bring a smartphone or tablet to access Principal com during the presentation
Realtors Explore Columbia Place at Farmers
Market-Themed Event
Local realtors recently joined us at Columbia Place for a special Farmers Market-themed event, where they had the opportunity to tour available homes and learn more about the community Attendees enjoyed a welcoming atmosphere while getting an inside look at current home opportunities and an exclusive preview of the exciting condos planned for the future The event provided valuable insights into everything Columbia Place has to offer and gave real estate professionals a chance to see firsthand what makes this community such a unique place to call home
Brokers Get a First Look at Pencader Retail Space
Local commercial real estate brokers recently gathered at our Pencader retail property for an exclusive preview of the available retail units Guests enjoyed a catered breakfast while touring the space and learning more about the opportunities available at this growing location The event provided brokers with a firsthand look at the property’s features, layout, and potential for future tenants.
We were excited to welcome so many industry professionals and showcase everything the Pencader retail space has to offer
