CONTRACT MANUFACTURING
We provide a wide variety of products in bulk loads, packaging, base or custom blended to your specifications. Additionally, we offer toll blending, production, and packing to fit your needs: 2 oz tubes, pints, quarts, gallons, 5 gallon pails, and 55 gallon drums.
CUSTOM BLENDING & PACKAGING
Our unique chemistry blends are available with standard or private labels. Chemical testing is conducted within our on-site laboratory. We offer comprehensive chemical blending services to customers. Blending tank capacity of 10,000 gallons, toll blending tanks feature mechanical mixers.
FORMULATION DEVELOPMENT
We offer cost reduction of raw material sourcing to match benchmarks, raw material recommendations, and evaluations for enhanced performance. We prototype starting formulations, use customer specific formulations, and small batch (up to 5 gallons). We analyze physical property measurements, VOC determination, color formulation, flash point, and viscosity curves.
LAB SERVICES
PRIVATE LABEL
Our in-house chemists can make recommendations for raw materials based on performance and cost. We also work with you on label requirements and packaging choices. Our production team will work with you to ensure a turnkey solution best suited to cover your product requirements immediately and long-term.
The lab service division of Rexall Solutions provides product testing services to our customers in the form of chemical analyses and product performance analyses. Our team of scientists and experienced formulation experts are here to help customers with product development, failure analyses, and industrial support to a broad range of research on chemical products/product applications.

Xylene can thin specified oil-based paint, lacquer, varnish, epoxy, adhesives and synthetic enamels when a slower rate of evaporation is desired.
METHYL ETHYL KETONE MÉTHYLÉTHYLCÉTONE
MEK is a thinner for specified coatings. It is designed to be used when evaporation slower than acetone is desired. It may be used as a thinner for polyester and epoxy resins, ink and adhesives. It will cleanup dried latex paint, lacquer and adhesives for fondues or marine unpressurized alcohol stoves.

Toluene is a common solvent for paints, paint thinners, silicone sealants, many chemical reactants, rubber, printing ink, adhesives, lacquers, and leather tanners.
METHANOL / MÉTHANOL
Methanol is used primarily for thinning shellac. It is also appropriate for cleaning brushes that have been used with shellac, dissolving gums, resins, and celluloid and as fuel for fondues or marine unpressurized alcohol stoves.

Acrylic Varnish (Clear Coat) 400 ml
Acrylic spray varnish made with solvent-based thermoplastic acrylic resins. Ultra-fast drying, its main function is to seal and protect different surfaces.
It can be applied for indoor and outdoor use on a multitude of materials in order to increase surface protection in three finishes: glossy, satin or matt.
Different finishes can be obtained depending on the number of layers applied. Completely transparent and does not yellow.
3 Finishes.
Multi-Purpose Vinyl Coating 400 ml
Matt paint that, once dried, becomes a removable (peelable) protective layer. Developed for the protection and customization of objects, it is also weather resistant.
It can give a “grip” effect to the painted surface due to its “soft touch” characteristic.
Ideal for the protection of metals, glass, plastics (PP, PVC, etc.) or any non-porous surface, offering excellent removability. On porous surfaces, the removability of the paint can be more difficult or impossible. We recommend carrying out a previous test before executing the final work, to check its removability and that the required characteristics are effective.
Apply five or six thin coats to achieve a sufficient thickness, allowing approximately 5-10 minutes for the paint to dry between coats until a noticeable appearance of the film is obtained.

Plastic Primer 400 ml
A clear primer that provides a base layer necessary for the subsequent painting of PP plastic surfaces (EPDM).
Formulated with a base of special additives that provide the dried paint with extraordinary adhesion to PP (polypropylene) modified with EPDM and other plastics (Write to our technical department if in doubt: sat@montanacolors.com).

Etch Primer 400 ml
A gray anchoring primer with excellent adhesion to galvanized, electrozinced steel or aluminum and other types of polished metals.
Specially designed as a preliminary coat for the subsequent painting of garage doors, shutters, aluminum frames and copper pipes.
It can be used as a primer for nylon 6 plastic surfaces, carbon fiber, epoxy, polyester, acrylate, PVC, PC and ABS. Thanks to its characteristics, the product also offers good anchoring properties on surfaces already painted with polyester-type paints (aluminum frames) or 2k epoxy after sanding.
Rust
A quick drying primer made with acrylic resins and corrosion inhibiting pigments (zinc phosphate). Its highly anticorrosive power makes it essential as a preliminary layer to protect any iron surface.

Ideal for the maintenance and renovation of porous woods and garden furniture, especially teak, ipé and other exotic and tropical woods without varnishing; renovating its brightness, texture and color. In addition, it combats dryness and graying in woods exposed to the sun and protects them from stains and dust.

Fluorescent paint in three brilliant and hypnotic colors; providing high luminosity in natural light, visible from a distance. The pigment is also sensitive to black light (UV) and appears to glow when illuminated with this type of light.
The product is especially recommended for DIY, crafts, fine arts and emergency vehicles. We also recommend its use as marking paint for surveying, construction and mining.
To obtain a more effective finish, we recommend first applying a coat of MTN PRO White Background Primer before varnishing with MTN PRO Acrylic Varnish or 2K Varnish.

Paint designed to give a metallic chrome finish to any type of surface.
Its perfect finish offers a great aesthetic effect and is indicated for plastic, artistic and decorative work. It has a low resistance to weathering and contact, so it is recommended for tasks where these qualities are not required. Cannot be varnished.

Fast-drying, textured decorative acrylic paint that gives a rusty metal appearance to all types of surfaces. Ideal to achieve an aged look for home decorations, crafts, and garden projects or shop displays.
Luminous Paint 400 ml
Solvent-based paint composed of photoluminescent pigments that quickly charge with light to then shine in total darkness over a long period of hours. Ideal for signaling evacuation routes, emergency signs, tunnels, parking lots, decorative items and security spaces. It is also very useful for painting fishing lines and lures to create luminescent bait.
The effect is long lasting. An optimum light effect is obtained when applied on white surfaces. We recommend a final varnish with MTN PRO Acrylic Varnish.
Marble Effect 400 ml
Decorative solvent-based acrylic paint that gives a marble appearance to all types of surfaces. Thanks to its characteristics, it can be applied to metal, plastic, tiles, glass or other paints.
The paint has excellent opacity and expands on the surface by means of fine threads of colored lacquer, simulating the “veins” of marble.
Though ideal for interior and exterior finishes, it is advisable to add a protective varnish to improve its resistance. The product can be perfectly combined with other MTN brand products such as 94, Hardcore, Water Based or MTN PRO Color Paint.
