Uniflex® Fluid Applied Roofing Systems provide cost savings versus conventional roofing alternatives and also eliminate unnecessary construction waste. Reroofing costs can exceed $25 per square foot, while fluid-applied systems provide solutions for a fraction of the cost. It is not unrealistic to see savings of 50% or more with fluid-applied roofing systems versus conventional roofing alternatives.

With Uniflex Fluid Applied Roofing Systems, there is no need to close the building during installation. No hot kettles or flames are used during installation. It’s a faster, safer process, and the nontoxic formulation means no disruption to occupants and no interruption of business, which means no loss in sales.

Uniflex Fluid Applied Roofing Systems provide protection for the service life of the facility. The fluid-applied system is installed onto existing roofs. After the initial warranty term, typically 10-20 years, the warranty can be renewed for 10+ year terms indefinitely, with subsequent reapplication of the coating. No need to tear off, no filling landfills with waste and no landfill fees.
