As we continue to celebrate the extraordinary individuals and brands that define the world of luxury lifestyle, we are proud to present this very special edition of LUXE Living By REVE our Makers Edition. This issue is an invitation to look beyond the product, beyond the surface, and into the hands, hearts, and minds of those who create the spaces we inhabit, the rituals we return to, and the journeys we never forget.
In this edition, we spotlight four exceptional nominees who are redefining what it means to live beautifully each working across a different discipline, each on a different continent, and each united by the same rare quality: an uncompromising commitment to craft.
We begin in Vienna, where Arevente & Partner has unveiled Lumèa an exclusive residential project that embodies the very finest in bespoke Italian craftsmanship and deeply personalised interior design. Every element of this Vienna residence was conceived with precision and intention, from the architectural kitchen cabinetry to the tailor-made home office wardrobe, creating a home that could belong to no one else in the world.
From Vienna, we travel to Sydney, Australia, where INSKIN Cosmedics founded by Maria Enna-Cocciolone in a family garage in 2007 — has grown into one of the Southern Hemisphere's most respected professional skincare ecosystems. The home of O Cosmedics, Ginger&Me, and INSKIN.CO, this remarkable company has always measured its success not in revenue but in the depth of its partnerships and the integrity of its values.
We then journey to Hod HaSharon, Israel, where Shiri Shalom has built one of the country's most acclaimed interior design studios on a philosophy as bold as it is beautiful. Her signature mastery of black as a design medium, her internationally recognised product design, and her deep belief that the chemistry between designer and client is the true foundation of transformative work have earned her a place among the most singular creative voices in global design today.
We close this edition in Auckland, New Zealand, aboard in a manner of speaking the immaculate fleet of Platinum Chauffeur Drive. Founded by Carol Morgan and now led by Director Inder Sappal, PCD has elevated the art of the journey itself, offering corporate executives, VIPs, and discerning private travellers a standard of service so refined that the transfer becomes inseparable from the destination.
Together, these four makers embody the essence of LUXE Living By REVE — a world where true luxury is not defined by excess, but by the depth of intention behind every detail, and the extraordinary lives made possible when craft is taken seriously. We hope their stories move you, inspire you, and perhaps remind you to look more carefully at the beautiful things around you and at the remarkable people who made them.
Warmly, Heidi and Team
06 THE MAKERS ARE ALL AROUND US.
LOOK CLOSER AND YOU WILL FIND THEM
There is a particular kind of luxury that cannot be purchased off a shelf or reserved through an app It arrives slowly, through years of discipline, through thousands of small decisions made in favour of excellence over convenience, and through a refusal often quiet, always absolute to compromise on the things that matter most.
This is the spirit that defines The Makers Edition of LUXE Living By REVE
Across these pages, making is not defined by medium alone. It is found in a Vienna apartment where the kitchen is not a kitchen but an architectural statement where cabinetry dissolves into the fabric of the room and every surface speaks the same material language, from wall to wall and floor to ceiling. It is found in the tailor-made wardrobe of a home office where storage, display, and workspace are unified into a single coherent gesture where function is so elegantly resolved that it disappears entirely into form
It is found in a design studio in Israel, where a woman in black conceives spaces of extraordinary drama and depth where the darkest colour in the palette becomes the most expressive, and where a custom sink conceived in the studio wins international acclaim for the audacity of its vision Where the relationship between designer and client is not a professional transaction but the very foundation upon which everything extraordinary is built.
It is found in a Sydney garage, where a founder who only ever wanted to make candles instead built a skincare empire guided not by trend or market research, but by eight values she wrote down at the beginning and has never once set aside Values that are not displayed on a wall but taught personally, by the founder herself, to every single person who joins the team That is not corporate culture. That is conviction.
And it is found in the quiet interior of a polished Mercedes gliding through the Auckland cityscape, where a chauffeur who is also a guide and a host transforms the space between two destinations into something worth remembering long after arrival Where the journey is not a preamble to the experience it is the experience, conceived and delivered with the same care as everything that waits at the other end.
. What unites these four makers as different as they are from one another is their shared understanding that the finest things in life are not found but created That beauty does not simply exist; it is built, stitch by stitch and decision by decision, by people who care deeply about the result. And perhaps more importantly, by people who would care just as deeply even if no one were watching.
Each brand featured in this edition has been chosen not merely for its aesthetics though beauty is everywhere within these pages but for the integrity of the process behind it
At Arevente & Partner, the Lumèa project in Vienna stands as proof that the most enduring interiors are those shaped entirely around a single client's identity, routines, and vision where personalisation is not a feature but the entire philosophy
In Hod HaSharon, Shiri Shalom's studio demonstrates that great design is always a collaboration that the trust a client extends to a designer is the most precious material in any project, and that when talent is given the freedom to lead, the results are genuinely one of a kind
In Sydney, INSKIN Cosmedics reminds us that the most powerful brands are built from the inside out that eight values written in a garage in 2007 can carry a company through nearly two decades of growth without losing an ounce of their original meaning. That integrity, when it is real, does not erode with scale it deepens.
And in Auckland and across New Zealand, Platinum Chauffeur Drive shows us that luxury transport, at its finest, is not about the vehicle at all. It is about the human being behind the wheel, and the standard they choose to hold themselves to, journey after journey, client after client, without exception
What strikes us most in this edition, is not the diversity of these four makers though they span four continents, four disciplines, and entirely different worlds but the profound commonality at the heart of each of them
A Viennese interior architect and an Israeli design visionary. An Australian skincare founder and a New Zealand chauffeur company
On the surface, nothing connects them And yet, look closely, and you will find the same thing in every story: a person, or a team of people, who decided that good enough was never going to be enough Who chose, again and again, to go further into the detail, into the craft, into the relationship with the person on the other side because that is simply who they are. This is what REVE Luxury Awards exists to recognise Not size Not celebrity Not the loudest voice in the room But the quiet, relentless pursuit of excellence that defines a maker of Luxury and the beautiful, lasting things that pursuit leaves behind in the world.
LUMEA BY HOME INTERIORS VIENNA
In the heart of Vienna, a residence has been conceived that redefines what it means to live with intention where bespoke craftsmanship, Italian furniture, and a philosophy of total personalisation converge into something wholly singular.
Arevente & Partner's Lumèa is not simply an interior. It is an architectural narrative told through material continuity, functional precision, and an uncompromising commitment to the client's identity From the first consultation to the final detail, every decision in this Vienna residence was shaped by a single guiding principle: that a home should feel entirely of a piece as though it could not have existed in any other way.
The project drew on a carefully curated selection of furniture by Visionnaire, one of Italy's most celebrated luxury furniture houses, to establish the project's tonal foundation. These pieces with their sculptural clarity and understated luxury set the stage for an interior that would evolve far beyond a collection of beautiful objects
"Designed with a strong focus on individuality, the project reflects a highly personalised approach tailored to the client's lifestyle, routines, and aesthetic sensibilities."
INSKIN COSMEDICS
In the spring of 2007, in the garage of her family home in Sydney, Maria Enna-Cocciolone lit the flame of a dream bigger than anyone including she could have ever imagined
INSKIN Cosmedics launched with one brand, no clients, and a vision: to return the heart and soul to the Australian beauty industry. In her flats, Maria was the warehouse manager, pick and pack, customer experience, and logistics In heels, she was sales, marketing, and education Her children became the part-time pick and pack team Her husband was CFO by night, working a full corporate job by day Within six months, the garage was too small
What followed over the next two decades is a story of extraordinary momentum driven not by capital or strategy alone, but by values eight of them, established in that garage and taught personally by Maria to every new team member to this day
"We don't have stockists or clients we have Partners. We use the word Partner because we partner in each other's dreams."
Maria Enna-Cocciolone, Founder
In 2009, Maria created O Cosmedics not the candle range she had always dreamed of, but something destined to become Australia's fastest-growing cosmedical skincare range Australianmade, Australian-owned, and internet-protected to ensure skin health journeys happen face-toface with an expert, O Cosmedics was formulated with the highest respect for the skin: to fight the signs of ageing, correct serious skin conditions, and ultimately restore skin health, youth, and confidence.
In 2017, after as Maria herself describes it too many cocktails on a rooftop bar in Hong Kong, she co-created and launched Ginger&Me. Focused on mindfulness, empowerment, and results, Ginger&Me includes a signature professional Mindfulness Treatment featuring an in-treatment guided meditation, along with a Body and Gifting Collection. It is, in many ways, the fullest expression of INSKIN's founding ethos: that beauty is not merely skin deep, and that the professional beauty experience should nourish the whole person
Today, the INSKIN Cosmedics family continues to grow, anchored by the eight Core Values Maria established in her garage. These are not corporate principles crafted by a communications team they are the living DNA of the company, instilled personally by its founder in every induction.
And the candle range that started it all? You'll find it finally in the Ginger&Me Gifting Collection. Some dreams take two decades and a global skincare empire to arrive. When they do, they are worth the wait.
Shiri Shalom Interior Des ign
At the very forefront of Israeli interior design stands a studio that treats every commission as an act of artistic creation where the relationship between designer and client is the true foundation of everything that follows
To enter a space conceived by Shiri Shalom is to understand, immediately, that you are in the presence of a singular intelligence. Her studio operates at the intersection of art, architecture, and something rarer still: a profound personal chemistry with each client that transforms a brief into a vision and a vision into an unforgettable space.
Shalom's portfolio is expansive in its typologies private residences from Hod HaSharon to Oranit; commercial environments including showrooms, office lobbies, and retail spaces; boutique apartments in the WE Tower; and product design that has earned international recognition.
Yet what unifies this diversity is not a style but a philosophy: that every space is a unicorn, one of a kind, and that the details sewn into each project are specific to that project alone.
"Art is my oxygen When I take on a new project, my chemistry with you is more important to me than anything else."
Shiri Shalom
Her most distinctive signature is her mastery of black as a design medium. Where other designers treat black as an accent or a risk, Shalom wields it as a primary tool for optical illusion, for dramatic spatial compression, for the creation of atmosphere that cannot be achieved with any other colour. Her philosophy is exacting: designing in black requires deep familiarity with black materials, precise proportions, and the right combination of complementary textures The result, in her hands, is not darkness but depth
This rigour extends to her product design work The Unison sink conceived and designed within the studio stands as a testament to Shalom's conviction that a truly great interior deserves bespoke objects, not catalogue selections
Commercial commissions bring a different kind of drama In showrooms and professional environments, Shalom introduces sophistication that elevates the brand as much as the space her Stone Tech Fan showroom among them These projects demonstrate the studio's rare ability to move between scales and programmes without losing its essential character: bold, precise, and deeply considered.
At the heart of everything is the client relationship. Shalom speaks of trust as the real prize above any competition or award and it is this trust that her clients extend to her that enables the creative freedom her work demands. In a studio where talent leads, the result is design that is genuinely one of a kind.
