1. That the agenda of the 36th RTAM Annual General Meeting be approved as presented.
2. That the minutes of the 35th RTAM Annual General Meeting be approved as presented.
3. That the June 30th, 2025 audited financial statement be accepted as presented.
4. That the membership fee remain $48.00 for the 2026-27 fiscal year ($4.00/month for TRAF members.)
5. That the reimbursement rates for 2026-27 remain the same as in 2025-26. 2025-26 rates are:
• Meals: Breakfast $24.75; Lunch $25.00; Supper $61.50
• Travel: Private vehicle $0.70 per km
• Air/Bus: by Receipt
• Hotel: $180.00 night (max) Private: $90.00 night (max)
• Computer consumables: by receipt to a maximum of $120.00
6. That the 2026-2027 Budget be approved as presented.
