Summer is coming to a close and school is just around the corner. After a full year of virtual or hybrid learning, this fall will be the first time many are returning to the classroom. Here are some ways to help your Customers get ready for it.

Check in on Customers.
Customers with families have been especially affected by the changes of the pandemic, and going back to school may come with some mixed emotions. Checking in with close Customers to see how they’re holding up reminds them that you care about their wellbeing and their family’s. It may lead to a deeper relationship and even a way for you to help them out with a new product to make their life easier.
Ultra Gives Back
Ultra is proud to support children getting ready for school by participating in the Back to School Event in Chicago, IL. By partnering with the Chicago Police Department, our donation of $500 will help buy school supplies for children in need. That’s making life Ultra!
Familiarize your Customers with the alarm clock feature.
Establishing routines before classes start can help kids get used to new school schedules. Show your Customers how to use their alarm clock and Screen Time on iPhone features to help their kids get in a routine to make busy school mornings a little easier on everyone.
Offer back to school treats.
Have you ever gone to a doctor or dentist and gotten a lollipop at the end of your visit? Handing out a free bookmark, keychain or treat will brighten a young student’s (or Customer’s!) day. If your Customer’s kids have a positive experience, they may encourage their parents to come back sooner.
Remind your Customers how to use Free Mobile Hotspot.

They act not only as educators, but as cheerleaders, role models and friends. We wanted to give our Ultra Retailers a chance to reminisce on their days in the classroom and give a shout out to their favorite teacher.

It’s the first school I went to when I came to the U.S. and where I started my education. She’s the one that gave me my American name, Tony. To this day I don’t know why she decided to call me Tony. Maybe it’s because she was Italian, or maybe I reminded her of Tony Montana. A lot of teachers have made an impact on me throughout my school years, but because of my name, she’s the one that I will always remember.
