“This project is located in the foothills of California, nestled on a few acres. We wanted to blend a contemporary coziness, complemented by layered patterns and timeless, traditional structural forms. The overstuffed club chair feel of the Madeline juxtaposed with the tight pattern is perfect paired with the large-scale linen plaid on the sectional.”

“The Rowe Derby Sectional is one of my favorites because it has a clean, modern profile that doesn’t compromise on deep-seated comfort. Its design allows for a custom configuration, making it as functional for a busy family room as it is for a high-end formal lounge. I love specifying this piece because the generous scale and high-quality construction provide that ‘sink-in’ feeling while maintaining a tailored look.”

“This project was designed for a family of four who loves coastal colors. While they don’t live on the coast, our goal was to create a timeless family room with a subtle nod to that palette, resulting in a room that feels fresh, layered, and classic.”

“Everywhere! I’m just as inspired by the gorgeous architecture in my town of Winston-Salem as I am the Duomo in Florence, Italy. I’m also always inspired by the treasures I find at antique malls, and by my own clients and their life stories and travels.”

“I loved the scale of this piece in our client’s sunroom, and the sink-in comfort of the seats. We selected a cheery yellow and white striped indoor/outdoor fabric to add a burst of happy energy to the room, and allow the family dogs and future kiddos to enjoy it as well. ”

“We selected Madeline for its classic silhouette, which brings a sense of softness and a nod to tradition. We designed this breakfast room as a morning sanctuary, and the velvet Madeline provided the perfect grounding layer. Used in place of a traditional banquette, it creates a relaxed, lounge-like feel while maintaining a sense of formality.”

“This client encouraged us to really lean into an eclectic, collected aesthetic, and the rest of their home features a lot of beautiful antiques. The Madeline Sofa naturally complements that kind of layered environment. It has a slightly traditional, vintage-inspired feel, and when paired with a fun fabric it becomes even more special.”

“We’re fortunate to travel quite a bit through the business, and some of my favorite inspiration comes from antique sourcing trips in Europe. There’s something about the layers of history, architecture, and craftsmanship that always sparks new ideas.”

“The opportunity to experience something new is always a massive source of inspiration, whether it be travel, art, or the stories and lives of the people I get to work with.”

“Our goal for this space was to create a comfortable place for the clients to enjoy their morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. We wanted something that was extremely comfortable, but didn’t take up too much space. We opted for a performance fabric which has already survived a red wine mishap with no show of the incident.”

“I first fell in love with the block print fabric. It has the most beautiful muted tones and a pattern that feels playful and sophisticated at the same time. We needed a statement piece to create interest in an overall neutral space and this piece does just that. Not only is it comfortable, but the pattern adds the perfect touch of whimsy.”

“The lines of this chair were perfect for the modern organic vibe we were trying to accomplish in this project! The metal detail on the back of the chairs looked beautiful from all angles, which meant it was perfect for the open plan of the living space.”

“I chose this pairing to emphasize the sophisticated dialogue between light and dark in this formal living room. The chocolate velvet Moreau sofa provides a rich and moody weight that balances the ethereal wallpaper. By pairing it with the oatmeal Bradford sofa, we maintained an airy, open feel near the window, allowing the different textures and tones to define separate seating zones.”

“We have a bit of an obsession with plaid right now, so we wanted to bring pattern into the space in a bold way [with the Freya Sofa]. Using plaid on larger pieces like sofas creates a statement while still feeling classic. We’re currently loving rich reds and warm browns, and the Ingrid Chair captured that palette perfectly. We especially loved the legginess of the silhouette—it feels light, stylish, and timeless while still bringing in that bold color moment.”
