Neil, Managing Partner, started his career in estate agency before becoming one of
Staffordshire’s largest independent landlords. Today, he oversees all acquisitions, sales, and development works, liaising closely with agents, vendors, and build professionals.
Marc, Director of Gainsborough 7 and 8, brings a wealth of experience in finance and law, specialising in property, property finance, and corporate structures. He manages company formations, transactions, and freehold handovers, ensuring each project runs smoothly from start to finish.
