WELCOME

At Repton, high-level performance sits comfortably alongside a culture in which sport is integral to daily life and accessible to all. This ethos extends to everyone who visits the School. Emergency asthma and anaphylaxis boxes are held in the H&W Centre, Music School, Cloisters Cafe and Sports Centre.

Parking

• Parking at Repton Sports Centre is free but space is limited.

• Sports centre car park instructions – for cars/minibuses and coaches and any restrictions in village.

By Train

Nearest train stations are Derby and Burton on Trent Trains from London:

• London Euston to Lichfield Trent Valley, direct1 hour 11 minutes

• London St Pancras to East Midlands Parkway, direct1 hour 22 minutes

• London to Burton on Trent - change at Tamworth1 hour 23 minutes

• London St Pancras to Derby, direct1 hour 25 minutes By Air

• Birmingham Airport (BHX): 45 minutes by car

• East Midlands Airport (EMA): 20 minutes by car

• Manchester Airport (MAN): 1 hour 30 minutes by car

• London Heathrow Airport (LHR): 2 hours by car

SPECTATORS

At Repton, we welcome spectators at our events and fixtures. Spectators encourage and motivate our pupils and visiting teams, create a positive atmosphere, and give players the chance to showcase their dedication and commitment to an audience. It is also an opportunity for players to demonstrate sportsmanship, respect, and how to support others appropriately in victory and defeat.

We are extremely grateful to visiting parents and friends, for taking time out of their schedules to attend our fixtures and events.

Repton 1557 Coffee Shop, located on the ground floor of the Sports Centre, is dog friendly. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times.

MEDICAL COVER

On fixture days, a large number of qualified first aiders are present on site to provide support throughout all matches. In addition, please refer to the relevant contacts listed for emergency first aid assistance.

REFRESHMENTS

Match tea for visiting players will be served in the TMR (found on the first floor of the Sports Centre), or in the Cricket Pavilion for fixtures played on the square.

Refreshments for parents will be available in the TMR. Guests are also warmly invited to visit the 1557 Coffee Shop, located on the ground floor of the Sports Centre, as well as The Cloisters, where a selection of hot and cold drinks and light snacks are available. The Cloisters can be reached by walking through the Arch and past The Lodge.

WORLD-CLASS FACILITIES

Repton’s sports facilities cater to everyone from elite performance athletes to those seeking overall wellbeing. Our multi-millionpound Sports Centre includes two floodlit water-based Astroturf hockey pitches, a state-of-the-art, full size indoor hockey facility, a 25m indoor swimming pool with spectator area, two indoor and 12 outdoor tennis courts, netball and squash courts as well as a cutting edge strength and conditioning suite.

Repton are soon to begin the development of a world class football offering including:

2 all-weather floodlit 3G artificial turf football pitches

Covered spectator stand

Pavillion building with changing rooms

4 padel tennis courts

Car parking

This new development will complement the existing grass football pitches, indoor futsal court and the facilities already offered in the sports centre, including video analysis room and hospitality area.
