EXPERIENCES Junior Architect - McKingley & Team Architects Aug 2019 - Now • Involved in various big scale design projects from the study and research phase to the construction stage. • Part of the main team handling renovation project of retail center located in Bekasi Barat TOD area. • Successfully as a team create a better solution for the renovation project by the reducing the length of the new bridge connection around 40% thus saves overall cost, reducing construction time, and increasing customer convenience. • Responsible for coordinating with client’s PIC and different consultants such as structure, MEP, and quantity surveyor.

Revo Town Bekasi The project located in West Bekasi area across the upcoming LRT station. We are appointed to do the retail strategy and overall interior renovation for the mall, including the transit area for a new bridge that connects to LRT station. In MTA, we do it as a team of 3 including myself. I am involved in this project since the research phase on 2019 until construction stage that is on progress now.
At research phase, I study re-layout configuration, an we develop our initial desi to existing condition. In te at the documentation and hand, I am responsible as the project with client’s PI structure, and quantity sur
y market & context analysis, tenancy mix nd interior concept design. Furthermore, ign and ideas with a very carefull attention ender and construction stage, I also work 2D drawings of our design. On the other a contact person from MTA to coordinate IC and different consultants such as MEP, rveyor.

One of interior design main feature that I worked on is the ‘Follies’. It is a multistories access that connects from LG to 1F. The design consists of stair, ramps, and also amphitheaters. The goal of the ‘Follies’ is to integrate every floor of the mall, creating open and exciting space to become a safe and friendly area for customers and commuters.

I am also responsible for new musholla design on upper ground level. It is a new facility to accomodate either commuters that will be passing through or regular customers.

City Plaza Garut Rebranding Ramayana as City Plaza is one of our biggest projects. We are working on several renovation and build of new retail center for City Plaza. We do this project as a team of 3, with occasional help from others. My work for City Plaza Garut including re-layout configuration, interior concept design, and technical drawings for design development stage.

Thamrin Plaza Medan We are working on Thamrin Plaza Medan to do the interior redesign from ground floor to its 7th floor. For this project, I am responsible to do the main corridor, elevator design, and atrium ceiling.

Legok Residences Not only retail projects, we also did a masterplan and concept design for residential area. We designed the main gate, housing facilities, and three clusters in the area with its own gate each. I did an option for house facade design and entrance gate for cluster 2.
