Mark Woehrle began his career in real estate over two decades ago after investing in his first property. At the time, he saw a gap in the market – too many agents and brokers were following the same formula, offering the same service, and moving onto the next client. Mark wanted to bring something different to the table and launched his career soon after.

Our Commercial General Liability Insurance protects against property damage or bodily injury to others as a result of negligence. Legal defense cost and compensatory damages would be covered. Policy limit of $10 Million.
Some examples of claims that fall within “Commercial General Liability” insurance:
• During a showing, a real estate agent turned on a bathroom fan. (The owners were out of town). When the agent left he failed to turn off the fan. The fan overheated causing $200,000 of fire damage.
• At an open house, an agent used a wood cleaning product on the kitchen floor. When the product dried, the surface became slippery. A purchaser fell and broke their arm. The agent was sued for damages.
• The furnace switch was turned off by accident by an agent in the dead of winter. Lack of heat caused the water pipes to burst, causing water damage. The agent was sued for $80,000 of damages. (Even though the homeowner had insurance. The insurance company that paid the claim for the homeowner sued the agent to recover as the agent was held negligent)
