There are mandatory “Minimum Standards” and “Essential Servicing” requirements in place that all Residential Rental Providers must adhere to, these are designed to protect both you and your Renter. Under the Residential Tenancies Act, residential properties in Victoria must meet these prescribed standards. We provide all of our Residential Rental Providers with a comprehensive guide that covers Rental Minimum Standards and Safety Related Activities. It’s important to understand your obligations and our Property Managers will assist you to understand and comply with all requirements. If we identify anything in your property that may make your property non-compliant, we can refer you to experienced and suitably qualified tradespeople who understand the legislative requirements. If you are unsure whether your property meets all standards, we can also arrange comprehensive Minimum Standards inspections on your behalf.
