The Club is the perfect place to host a wide range of private events, from weddings and anniversary parties to corporate gatherings and business luncheons. We take pride in offering exceptional service, a stunning setting, and everything you need to make your event a success.
If you are interested in booking a private event at the Club, we encourage you to contact Events and Catering Manger Andra Vale. The Talon Tribe is happy to work with you to create a customized plan that meets your unique needs and budget.
DINING & EVENT RESERVATIONS EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
All dining and event reservations can be made 30 days before the event, with the exception of pop-up events. Reservations can be made on the Club website, the ForeTees Club app, or by calling the Club at (302) 227-3811 ext. 212. Event reservations must be made 2 days prior to the event. Pricing for events are per person and do not include tax or gratuity. Alcohol is not included unless otherwise specified.
Reservations are required for all Club events and can be made through the Foretees Club app, website or by calling the Clubhouse. If special assistance is required, please notify the Clubhouse in advance. The Member making the reservation must submit all Member names for the reservation (if different Members), and a confirmation message will go out to all Members in the party. Members who fail to cancel within the 72-hour window for Club events will be charged the full cost of the event. This will not apply if the Member cancels the reservation with the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or F&B Managers at least 72 hours prior to the event, or the reservation can be filled by someone on the waiting list. We will be sure to note that the policy applies to an event by stating it on any advertisement or promotional material. Reservations are strongly encouraged for a la carte dining. The Board of Directors established a F&B Minimum of $580 per year based on the Club's Fiscal Year (April 1 - March 31). All food and beverage purchases, including alcohol, can be used towards your minimum.

DRESS CODE POLICY
GENERAL CLUBHOUSE DRESS CODE:
Attire displaying messages, slogans, or images that contain political, religious, or controversial statements is not acceptable or permitted on Club property. In general, golf shirts or collared shirts are required for gentlemen in the Clubhouse, 1925 Patio and Bayside Patio Shirts designed to be worn untucked are permitted Golf and dress hoodies are permitted only in the casual areas of the Club, including the Eagles Nest Bar, Bayside Grill, Bayside Grill Patio, 1925 Patio. *
Parents are responsible for overseeing that their children and all guests adhere to dress code guidelines including that hems and shorts are at appropriate length.
Please note: Club Management may relax the dress code at their sole discretion for special events
*No sweatshirt hoodies or sweatpants are allowed in Clubhouse Dining areas.
DENIM:
Denim attire includes pants, skirts, jackets and shirts
Black, white and other colored denim is acceptable in all areas of the Club, with the exception that blue denim is not permitted in the 1925 Dining Room or the 19th Hole Bar.
Distressed denim (frayed hems, faded, holes and tears) is not permitted anywhere on Club property.
Cargo pants and 'camo' jeans are not permitted in the Clubhouse
HATS AND SHOES:
Gentlemen: No hats are permitted in the Clubhouse. Golf/Baseball hats and visors are permitted on the Bayside Patio and the 1925 Patio, and if worn, must have the brim always forward facing Sandals/Leather Flip Flops may be worn in the Clubhouse and on the 1925 and Bayside Patios, except for the 1925 Dining Room and the 19th Hole Bar where closed-toe shoes are required.
Ladies: Hats and visors are permitted in the Clubhouse until 5pm. Sandals and open-toe shoes may be worn in all areas of the Clubhouse.
1925 DINING ROOM/PATIO AND THE 19TH HOLE BAR:
The 1925 Dining Room/Patio and 19th Hole Bar are for fine dining and proper attire is expected for all Members, family and guests.
Hats and visors for ladies and gentlemen are permitted on the 1925 Patio with the brim always facing forward.
Jackets for gentlemen are encouraged but are not required in the 1925 Dining Room and 19th Hole Bar
Black, white and colored denim is permitted in the 1925 Dining Room and 1925 Patio; however, blue denim is not permitted in the 1925 Dining Room and 19th Hole. Closed-toe shoes are required for gentlemen in the 1925 Dining Room.
EAGLES NEST BAR:
The Eagles Nest Bar is designed as a gathering and dining area for adult Members only and their guests, ages 21 and older.

BAYSIDE GRILL AND BAYSIDE GRILL PATIO:
These venues are designed for casual dining. Black, white, blue and other colored denim is permitted. During the summer months, dry bathing suits with appropriate coverups and beach/pool style flip flops are permitted in the Bayside Grill and on the Patio until 5pm Appropriate cover-ups for gentlemen include: a T-shirt, long-sleeved shirt, golf shirt, or a rash guard style shirt Appropriate cover-ups for ladies should be tasteful and completely cover the bathing suit Hats and visors are permitted on the Bayside Patio with the brim always facing forward.
