Notice of Annual Membership Meeting Notice is hereby given that the ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING of Rehoboth Beach Country Club will be held in the Clubhouse Ballroom.

CANDIDATE INFORMATION in alphabetical order The Leadership Development Committee has recommended to the Board, and the Board recommends to the Stockholders the following individuals for election to the Board of Directors.
WILLIAM “BUCK” BOOTH Buck, and his wife Lara, have been Regular Club Members since May of 2011. However, his ties with Rehoboth Beach Country Club go back to his childhood days where he frequented the Club with his grandparents, the late Buck and Joan Thompson. Buck was born and raised in Georgetown, DE and spent his summers growing up on Lewes Beach. Buck and Lara currently reside in Milton with their three daughters, Elena, Bianca and Mila.
Years of RBCC Membership: 15
Buck has been a Delaware State Trooper for close to 23 years. He spent 15 years at Troop 7 patrolling the beach area and is currently a Detective in the Collision Reconstruction Unit. Throughout his law enforcement career, Buck has held several supervisory positions and sat on several divisional committees. Prior to joining the Delaware State Police, Buck followed his love of golf to Sussex Pines Country Club where he and his family were long time Members. He acted as an assistant golf professional before taking over as the interim head golf professional. Buck entered the PGA Professional Golf Management program and passed the Player Ability Test. During his four years at SPCC, Buck managed the pro shop, club tournaments and the day-to-day golf operations. He also worked closely with Course Superintendent, Scott Anderson, where he developed a broad understanding of golf course maintenance and management. Buck, Lara and the girls are year-round supporters of the Club and enjoy all the amenities the Club has to offer. Buck and his family frequent the pool, fitness center, racquets, and the girls swim for the RBCC swim team. Buck currently serves on the Executive Committee and Chairs the Governance Committee. Buck believes the Club is better than ever and he wants to be an instrumental part of its continued growth. Buck believes communication, transparency and fiscal responsibility are key elements of a good Board of Governors. He looks forward to representing the Membership, supporting management, and enhancing all areas of Rehoboth Beach Country Club experience.

CHRISTINA HARVEY Christina Harvey has been an active and engaged Member of Rehoboth Beach Country Club since 2008. A lifelong Member with family ties to the Club dating back to 1979, when her parents joined, RBCC has been a central part of her life for decades. Through the years, she has developed a deep appreciation for the traditions, relationships, and experiences that make the Club such a special place for Members and their families. Christina currently serves on the Golf Committee and previously served on the House Committee. She remains committed to supporting the Club's continued success while embracing thoughtful improvements that enhance the Member experience. Her committee service and long-standing connection to RBCC provide her with a unique perspective on both the Club's history and its future.

Christina and her husband, Steven, share a longstanding passion for golf. The two met while playing collegiate golf at Catawba College and have remained active participants in the game ever since. In 2015, they made Rehoboth Beach Country Club their home and continue to live near the Club with their two children, Caroline and Brent. As a family, they enjoy RBCC's golf, social, dining, family activities and value the opportunity to create lasting memories within the Club community. RBCC also holds special significance in their family's story, as Christina and Steven celebrated their wedding at the Club in 2010. Professionally, Christina brings experience in real estate, insurance, and marketing. She currently serves as the HR & Agency Administrator for Williams Insurance Agency, where she supports business operations and employee relations. Outside of RBCC, Christina serves on the Delaware Junior Golf Scholarship Committee and Board, supporting scholarship opportunities for junior golfers. She remains dedicated to promoting the game of golf and investing in future generations. Christina believes that strong organizations are built through thoughtful leadership, Member engagement, and a commitment to continuous improvement. She is passionate about preserving the traditions that make Rehoboth Beach Country Club special while supporting the evolution necessary to ensure RBCC remains an exceptional club for current and future generations.

DANIEL LUCKENBAUGH Dan, along with his wife Meredith, relocated to the Rehoboth Beach area full time in the summer of 2013. Dan was fortunate to step in at the time for fellow RBCC Member Dr. Thomas Conley upon his retirement from Maplewood Dental Associates in Rehoboth Beach. Upon completion of a pediatric residency, Meredith practiced in Rehoboth for a number of years before taking time to focus on their three children, Sloane (10), Brooks (7) and Blythe (2).
Currently they reside in RBYCC and enjoy
everything the Club and this vibrant area have to offer.

Once rooted in the community, they joined Rehoboth Beach Country Club in the fall of 2015. With Dan’s passion for golf and Meredith’s background playing intercollegiate tennis, the Club seemed to be the perfect fit to serve as their recreational and social hub. Throughout his Membership, Dan places an emphasis on playing the rotation of golf events. He enjoys seeing the collaborative effort of our Members and operational team to yield memorable events. He values the competition and sees how it brings fellow Members together and builds strong camaraderie. Currently Dan is seeking a second term on the Board of Governors having served for the last three years as Membership Chair. Prior to his Board appointment, he served on numerous committees since 2018. During that period of time, he had experience with the Golf Committee as well as Long Range Planning. Dan is committed to see RBCC thrive in all areas. Strategically managing the growth in Membership, ensuring access for our current Members to amenities, and financially managing our past and future capital projects are all of high priority. He understands that navigating this time in our Club’s history is exciting and will continue to set us on the proper trajectory.

KATHERINE TSOKAS Kathy Tsokas and her husband, Kevin Moore, moved full-time to Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, in June 2020 and joined Rehoboth Beach Country Club in June 2021 as Social Members, becoming Regular Members in April 2026. Philadelphia natives now happily settled in Southern Delaware, they remain closely connected to the Philadelphia area, where their daughter, Sarah, lives. Since joining RBCC, Kathy has enjoyed becoming part of the Club community through golf, Mahjong, fitness classes, social events, and Member engagement. Kathy is a pharmaceutical executive with more than 30 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Quality Affairs, and Pharmacovigilance, guiding pharmaceutical

development from early research through commercialization. She is also a licensed attorney in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She currently serves as Senior Vice President, Regulatory Affairs and Medical Writing, at BlueRock Therapeutics. Throughout her career, Kathy has led large teams, managed resources and budgets, advanced organizational goals, built partnerships, and cultivated effective working relationships. Although her professional background is outside the country club industry, Kathy’s experience is highly transferable to Board service. Her strengths in analyzing complex issues, quickly understanding varied subject matter, collaborating with others, and making well-informed decisions align closely with the responsibilities of thoughtful Club governance. Kathy’s interest in serving on the RBCC Board reflects her appreciation for the Club and her desire to support its continued success. As both a former Social Member and now a Regular Member, she brings a meaningful perspective on the Member experience. She has contributed through active committee service, including the Hospitality Committee from 2021 to 2022, the Membership Committee from 2023 to the present, and the Governance Committee beginning in 2026. Kathy believes the Club’s continued momentum depends on clear goals, careful evaluation of opportunities and challenges, open discussion, and decisions grounded in the long-term interests of the Membership.
