S-Works Tarmac SL8

The Tarmac SL8 isn’t just fast—it’s the fastest race bike in the world, thanks to a groundbreaking mix of aerodynamics, lightweight design, and ride quality that was once thought impossible. After over two decades and eight generations of development, it’s more than the fastest Tarmac ever—it’s a whole new level of speed. Ready to put your legs to the test?

Speed isn’t just about aerodynamics or lightweight design alone—it’s about a perfect balance of all the key elements. To achieve that, we’ve combined aerodynamics, lightweight construction, stiffness, and compliance in an uncompromising way. Our Ride Science team, using realworld race simulations, confirms the Tarmac SL8 is the fastest race bike ever over the courses that matter: 16.6 seconds faster over 40km, 128 seconds faster over MilanSan Remo, and 20 seconds faster on the legendary Tourmalet climb.

AERO IN EVERYTHING: We’re putting aerodynamics where it counts most—on the leading edge. This results in our most aerodynamic road bike ever, even more aero than the Venge. The new Speed Sniffer nose cone optimises airflow, and by moving the steer tube back, we’ve made the head tube more aerodynamically efficient. Plus, the Tarmac SL8 features the narrowest and most aero seat post we’ve ever designed, reducing drag around the legs for cleaner airflow. Victory has never smelled so sweet.

MINIMUM WEIGHT, MAXIMUM AERO: Thanks to insights from the Aethos, the Tarmac SL8 is designed to hit the UCI’s minimum weight limit while still achieving a fully aero setup. The result is a frame that tips the scales at an astonishing 685 grams—15% lighter than the Tarmac SL7 and the lightest on the World Tour*. By applying lessons

from the Aethos, the design focuses on weight savings in the down tube, seat tube, and rear section, allowing us to eliminate unnecessary carbon layers without sacrificing performance. (*Unless you count Kasper Asgreen's 585g Aethos frame during a Tour stage.)

GOES LIKE HELL, RIDES LIKE HEAVEN: The Tarmac SL8 offers a 33% improvement in stiffness-to-weight over the SL7, pushing legendary handling, responsive performance, and World Championship geometry to new heights. It’s stiffer at the pedals, more precise at the handlebars, and combines all of that with a ride quality that sets a new standard for comfort in race bikes. Thanks to Rider-First Engineering, every rider, regardless of size, gets the same exceptional ride quality and handling. The Tarmac SL8 also delivers 6% more compliance, offering a smoother, more supple ride over rough roads. Its proven geometry and 32mm tire clearance are unchanged from the SL7, ensuring easy adaptation and versatility for larger tires when needed.

BEYOND GENDER: Gender doesn’t determine how a rider experiences a bike, and it certainly doesn’t provide enough data to design gender-specific bikes. That’s why we’ve created the Tarmac SL8 to offer the same top-tier performance for every rider. It’s time to go Beyond Gender.

The S-Works Tarmac SL8 is equipped with the finest components, including a full Shimano Dura-Ace 9200 series Di2 groupset with dual-sided power meter and a Roval Rapide CLX II tubeless-ready wheelset. The world’s fastest frame is paired with the best to ensure optimal performance. All S-Works Tarmac SL8 models come with a Roval Rapide cockpit, designed to save weight and provide the fastest possible leading edge.

Ideas

of

the BODY

Sarah Villeneau’s ceramics are familiar yet strange, writes Rosie Brennan.

Photography by Jamie

Artist Sarah Villeneau lives and works in Doncaster, in a large ramshackle studio at C-View, the old Doncaster Art College. Her work is inspired by the physiology of the body and organic form and texture. Her approach is intuitive, trusting the material to help guide the process to produce work that conjures ideas of the body, evoking the visceral, whilst also suggestive of landscape, fossilised remains or a relic of a bygone age - familiar, yet strange, uncomfortable, intriguing. The work is highly tactile, inviting touch, and sometimes has interactive elements - recorded sound, or parts that move or can be played.

Over the last three years, Villeneau has starting with Collect Open in 2023 - part of the international annual Collect Art Fair in London. This saw a sea change in her work - going bigger and bolder, and combining non-ceramic materials in an assemblage approach e.g. found objects, solder, cord, hair, pottery shards, and, to some extent, sound. In 2024, she exhibited at Ceramic Art London, Festival of the

and had a solo show, Visceral Echoes, at the wonderful gallery at Danum Gallery Library and Museum.

This might be in the form of guitar wires

can be played, or percussive pieces. The exhibition at the Millennium Gallery as part of Festival of the Mind incorporated electroacoustic recordings inside sculptures, and at the DGLAM exhibition one of the pieces had a speaker inside in which you could hear of a recording of ants scuttling about in the undergrowth.

Villeneau invited Juxta voices, the

which she is a member, to create a piece responding to the works on show and using an assemblage of ceramic pieces to create sound alongside the vocal performance. The combinations of both sound and mixed media are done in the spirit of ‘make do and mend’ - bringing a lightness of touch and a sense of humour to the work.

This year she has shown at West Dean College in Sussex, where she is a tutor, and Contemporary Ceramics Gallery in London. Doing Collect Art Fair was transformational - it not only pushed Villeneau’s practice to a whole new level, but was also wonderful to see the work looking at home in such a beautiful and iconic building. It was the catalyst for the subsequent opportunities to show at Ceramic Art London and DGLAM in 2024. Although Villeneau has had solo

opportunity in such a large space and with a large body of work. The response to the exhibition was very positive, consolidating

of the show will be coming out soon.

From 11 months old, she lived in America, roaming free in the countryside of upstate New York, soaking up the natural world around her and collecting strange objects (and sometimes small wild creatures!), creating her own little Cabinets of Curiosities and a world of make-believe.

A family tragedy and subsequent move back to the UK at age 15 was a huge wrench at such a developmental age, leaving her adrift in a world she did not recognise. Enrolling on a pottery evening class in her twenties, she fell in love with clay - it felt like reconnecting with the land she left behind and that the world could made sense with this material in her hands.

opportunity to do an MA at Loughborough University in 2012 that she was able to experiment and develop her own signature style of visceral abstract sculpture.

After three extremely busy years, the artist is taking it a bit more slowly this year and also trying out a new direction. Her next public event will be at Compton Verney in Warwickshire at Potfest by the Lake, 20-22 June, but behind the scenes she will be working on a project with scientists at Birmingham University investigating the Gut Microbiome, and continuing her exploration of sound recordings in the wild. In the meantime, people can visit the studio by appointment, sign up to the newsletter (on average about four per year), and/or follow the artist on Instagram to keep updated. Whilst Villeneau does not run regular classes, she can accommodate small groups by private arrangement.

“I was looking into this history and relationship with Wentworth and wanted to showcase this sometimes forgotten history of Rotherham,” Sam said. “Having spoken to the council and seen the heritage side of things, I really got to understand the meaning behind Rockingham Pottery and its historical importance.

“My garden allows the community to come together and remember this forgotten history and also for younger people to connect with this famous artwork that they might not know about.”

Building a COMMUNITY

This is Yorkshire Beauty aims to revolutionise the UK beauty industry by championing Yorkshire brands, industry professionals, and beauty enthusiasts, while driving positive impact and promoting ethical, sustainable, and responsible practices.

When two dynamic women from entirely different professional spheres join forces with a shared mission, magic often follows. And in the case of Dr. Lubna Khan-Salim and Victoria Clapham, that magic has taken the shape of This is Yorkshire Beauty – a bold new women’s health, beauty, and identity in the north.

What began as a spark of an idea has grown into a thriving community, a powerful sisterhood, and now, a headline event in British Beauty Week 2025 right here in Yorkshire.

This is Yorkshire Beauty was founded by Dr. Lubna Khan-Salim, a former NHS plastic surgeon turned longevity specialist, and Victoria Clapham, a seasoned PR and branding strategist in 2023. Despite their different professional paths, both women share a deep-rooted belief: women deserve spaces where they are seen, heard, and

unrealistic expectations.

“There’s so much noise around women’s health and beauty, but so little honest,

evidence-based conversation,” says Dr. Lubna. “We wanted to cut through that

ownership of their wellbeing in a way that feels empowering, not overwhelming.”

For Victoria, who has worked for years in branding and storytelling, the mission was also personal.

“As a working mum in my 40s, I know how hard it is to prioritise yourself,” she says. “But I also know the value of visibility – of creating spaces where women feel uplifted and truly seen. That’s what This is Yorkshire Beauty is all about.”

What started with a dedicated week of intimate educational events on topics like perimenopause, ageing, aesthetics, and self-image involving John Lewis, the Body Shop, Harvey Nichols, and an array of independent Yorkshire businesses, quickly snowballed into something much

conversations was undeniable. Yorkshire women – of all backgrounds and ages –were hungry for more.

From that demand grew the BTY Club, a curated membership community offering

exclusive access to events, workshops, resources, and networking opportunities. It’s become a safe, stylish space for shared learning and sisterhood – proving that beauty and depth can absolutely go hand in hand.

Last year marked a pivotal moment in their journey: This is Yorkshire Beauty held British Beauty Week at place in Yorkshire.

On Friday 24 October this year, the team will return to the luxurious Grantley Hall for a full-day celebration for British Beauty Week under the theme “The Power of Beauty.” Expect curated panel discussions, immersive wellbeing experiences, a dedicated beauty hall, and a delicious lunch – all set in one of Yorkshire’s most iconic venues.

“Being part of British Beauty Week isn’t just about visibility,” says Victoria. “It’s about changing the narrative – putting Yorkshire on the beauty map and showing the industry what regional excellence really looks like.”

Dr. Lubna adds: “We’re proud to be showcasing local experts, brands, and voices who are making a real impact in health and wellbeing. This isn’t just another event – it’s a movement.”

Early bird tickets will be available from July 2025, with more information – and details on how to join the BTY Club –available at www.thisisyorkshirebeauty. com.

Businesses interested in partnering, exhibiting, or sponsoring the October event are encouraged to reach out via hello@ thisisyorkshirebeauty.com.

Whether you’re a beauty enthusiast, health advocate, or simply seeking inspiration, one thing is clear: This is Yorkshire Beauty is more than a brand – it’s a celebration of what happens when women beauty on their own terms.

Dive into swimwear staples this summer and bring a chic elegance to your typical poolside look. If you’ve got a few marked nothing but beachside relaxing, why not invest in a chic, stylish swimsuit to re-wear again and again to your favourite holiday spots?

A one-piece doesn’t have to be boring. Play with pattern, colour and shape with unique necklines and one-shoulder swimsuits, adding some edge to a classic beachy look.

A simple twist detail incorporates into a one piece not only creates a very texture and shape to an otherwise standard in full swing, particularly bold and exotic pinks and oranges, a perfect addition to your holiday packing.

If opting for more muted tones, feel free to play with pattern. The trendy-yettimeless polka dot is a fun way to mix

Trivandrum Chicken Fry

Chef Bobby Geetha is a highly acclaimed chef known for his innovative approach to Indian cuisine. With a background that spans

recognition in the culinary world. This is a signature recipe from his Kerala Canteen restaurant in Leeds, which serves modern Indian tapas. Trivandrum Chicken Fry, also known as Thiruvananthapuram Chicken Fry, is a quintessential dish from the southern Indian state of Kerala.

This fried chicken preparation is celebrated for its distinctive aromatic spice blend, crispy exterior, and succulent interior. Unlike many other fried chicken recipes, the Trivandrum version often features a generous amount of fresh curry leaves, lending it a unique fragrance and a subtle bitterness that balances the rich spices. It’s a popular street food and a beloved snack or appetiser in homes across the region.

This recipe is scaled for a test batch, perfect for experimenting with the

Serves 1-2

Prep time: 45 minutes (including marination)

Cook time:10-15 minutes

Ingredients:

1kg chicken, cut into approximately 10g pieces (small, bite-sized)

50g shallots, crushed

20g ginger, crushed

20g garlic, crushed

2g curry leaves, roughly crushed/torn

20g chilli powder

5g pepper powder

5g crushed chilli

5ml vinegar

500ml oil (for deep frying)

10g salt

Makes approximately 220g

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 5-7 minutes

Ingredients:

200g Greek yoghurt

50ml oil (any neutral oil like vegetable

5g salt

5ml lime juice (approximately 1 tsp)

Method:

1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces with the crushed shallots, ginger, garlic, and curry leaves. Mix thoroughly to ensure the chicken is well coated. Let this mixture marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature (or refrigerated for longer).

2. After 30 minutes, add the chilli powder, pepper powder, crushed chilli, vinegar, and salt to the marinated chicken. Mix everything together until the chicken is evenly coated with all the spices.

well to create your dredging mixture.

4. Take each piece of marinated chicken and thoroughly coat it with the rice and corn do this in batches.

5. In a large, heavy-bottomed pan or deep fryer, heat the oil (j) over mediumhigh heat until it reaches approximately 170-175°C (340-350°F). To test if the oil is immediately.

6. Carefully add the coated chicken pieces to the hot oil in batches. Do not overcrowd the pan, as this will lower the oil temperature and result in soggy chicken. Fry for 5-7 minutes per batch, or until the chicken is golden brown, crispy, and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 74°C (165°F).

7. Once cooked, remove the chicken pieces from the oil using a slotted spoon and place them on a wire rack lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.

For the Brown Garlic Yoghurt Dip:

1. Heat the oil in a small pan over medium-low heat. Add the minced or sliced garlic. Sauté gently, stirring frequently, until the garlic turns a beautiful golden brown colour. Be careful not to burn it, as burnt garlic will taste bitter.

2. Remove the pan from the heat and allow the browned garlic and oil to cool completely. This is crucial as hot oil can curdle the yogurt.

3. In a bowl, combine the Greek yoghurt, cooled browned garlic (including the oil it was sautéed in), salt, and lime juice.

4. Stir everything together until well combined and the garlic is evenly distributed throughout the yogurt.

Stunning SURROUNDINGS

The Crown Inn is welcoming, cosy and full of rustic charm, writes Ross Heppenstall.

f amazing food in a delightful countryside pub is your thing then you simply must pay the Crown Inn in North Yorkshire a visit.

Located in the well-heeled village of Roecliffe, this historic establishment is easily accessible and just a short drive off the A1. Some of the White Rose County’s best-loved towns, cities and tourist spots – Boroughbridge, York, Harrogate, Knaresborough, Ripon Cathedral and Fountains Abbey – are close by.

My friend and I made the 40-minute journey from Leeds on a sun-drenched

Thursday lunchtime and were immediately struck by what a beautiful old building the Crown is.

Set in a 16th-century coaching inn, this traditional pub is welcoming, cosy and full of rustic charm. There is an oldie-worldie feel to it, with a stuffed fox, owl and deer’s head adorning the walls. History and character drips from every corner of the pub.

It is tastefully and lavishly decorated with traditional furniture and different dining areas with a bar providing a range of ales such as Timothy Taylor’s Landlord.

There is a nice ambience as Frank Sinatra classics are played as background music.

away,” sings the legendary American crooner. “If you can use some exotic booze, there’s a bar in far Bombay.”

Who needs Bombay when you spend the afternoon in a picturesque pub in North Yorkshire?

The Crown is run by Karl Mainey and his wife Amanda, who had a previous successful 11-year stint in charge and made it one of the most reliable and popular inns of the early 2000s.

In 2018, the couple sold the Crown, reckoning they had taken it as far as it could go.

The banker who bought it had no hospitality experience and struggled, eventually leasing it to Coastal and Country Inns. But that did not work and in 2022 it closed.

Empty for two years and seeing their old pub forlorn and neglected prompted Karl and Amanda to buy back the Crown.

And what a wise decision it has proven to be.

It was a rough diamond which just needed a little polishing and so the Maineys sanded the old beams, touched up the old

and got the Crown looking just as it used to be. It reopened in August 2024 with all the warmth and charm of former years.

The Crown Inn’s staff are fantastic; friendly, attentive and helpful in explaining the succulent offerings. There is a substantial menu and a stunning specials which is locally sourced and cooked in house.

My friend and I watch as a fresh seafood platter, fresh Yorkshire Haddock and chips and Yorkshire pork tenderloin sail seductively over our heads.

The Crown’s Lunch Menu is served from midday to 2.30pm on Monday to Saturday (Sunday Lunch menu is available) and offers a great choice.

There is sandwich and platter selection which includes a Yorkshire Ploughman’s Lunch Platter at £19.95 and a Little Seafood Platter (mini prawn cocktail, sauce, crab soup shot and a salad) at the same price.

Crown is a dream.

There is so much choice on the Lunch Menu with numerous Nibbles, Small Plates and Main Courses on the menu, plus the tantalising Specials board.

My friend and I opted for a small player each as a starter; I order the Fish Tacos King Prawn con Carne, Crab Tempura,

He chose the Korean crisp fried

sweet chilli at £12.95 and both dishes were divine.

For our main courses, I simply had to order the Fresh Seafood Platter at £29.95.

It includes Queenie Scallops, Tempura Prawns, Oyster, Soft shell crab, Prawn Cocktail, Smoked Salmon, Haddock goujons, fries and salad.

My friend opted for a Tasting of

Belly pork, Cumbrian Chorizo croquette, Black pudding sage mash, Crackling, Apple, celeriac and juices at £24.95.

Both mains were heavenly and despite feeling fairly stuffed, we felt it would be rude to leave without trying the desserts as well.

Again, the choice is fantastic with Crown Inn Sticky Toffee Pudding, Crepe Suzette, Melting Chocolate Fondant, Fresh

Toffee Banoffee and Banana, Affogato, Yorkshire Rhubarb with Ginger Shortbread all on the Desserts Menu.

All these tasty dishes are priced at a very reasonable £8.95, while you can also try

An Interesting Cheeseboard which includes four Driftwood Goats cheese, Highland Minger, Baron Bigod Brie and Yorkshire Blue. This is £13.95 and comes served with fruit Cake, Frozen grapes, Celery, homemade Chutney and biscuits.

I went for the cheesecake and my friend ordered the Crepe Suzette; the perfect end to a beautiful meal in stunning surroundings.

traddling the border between South and West Yorkshire, Owston Hall Hotel is a privatelyowned historic country house hotel and golf resort.

As you turn off the A19 north of Doncaster and into a narrow lane leading to the 32-bedroom hotel, it’s the golf course that immediately captures your attention, as a long driveway traverses the fairways and leads up to the steps of the hotel. The 18hole course is the main attraction amongst 147 acres of parkland and is in full swing as we arrive on a sunny summer afternoon.

Owston Hall Hotel was taken over the Martin family in 2022 but has a history stretching all the way to 1086 and the Norman Conquest of William the Conqueror. The estate is mentioned in the Domesday Book and, throughout its history, has been owned by numerous landed gentries. Although the current house can be traced to at least the 1700s, it was built on the site of a much earlier house or settlement. The Neoclassical architecture

style of the time wonderfully: grand scale rooms, simple geometric forms, and Greek/ Roman detailing.

In the last 300 years or so it has served as home to the Cooke family, became a

before becoming a hotel, which it remains to this day.

The Martin family purchased the estate after seeing the potential to return it to its former glory. Work started immediately to restore the manor sympathetically whilst creating a world-class hotel, golf and spa

Doncaster community.

Aside from the golf course, Owston Hall has become a popular venue for weddings and events and has four different function rooms in which to celebrate your big day. It also has its own restaurant and the family also own the nearby Dario’s Italian restaurant.

Afternoon tea is also available and is served in one of the grand private dining rooms that is characterised by incredibly Afternoon

high ceilings, picture windows and classic artworks inspired by the local area. Crisp white tablecloths are a given and create a very formal but relaxed atmosphere, particularly when you have views over the golf course.

Afternoon teas at Owston Hall start from £20 per person and are always made fresh to order and served with a selection of loose-leaf or Yorkshire Teas, coffees or soft drinks. You can also choose to upgrade your drinks package to either Prosecco (£25.95pp) or Champagne (£31.95pp). Children’s portions are half price.

After both opting for loose leaf teas –English Breakfast for my wife, Pure Assam for me – our afternoon tea was brought to our table in typically grand fashion. Our three-tier stack contained a selection of sandwiches, scones and sweet treats and there was also a separate place with additional savouries.

Starting with the sandwiches, which

we delighted with the different varieties. Honey roast ham was given a real sweet kick from a red onion chutney; Fountain gold cheddar had subtle hints of spring onion; and the tuna and dill mayonnaise

Savoury options came in the form of an almost samosa-like minted lamb parcel, all

well as a miniature red pepper, tomato and feta tartlet.

Scones came in the form of two fruit and two vanilla varieties and were served with strawberry jam and fresh cream rather than clotted. Both were still warm, soft and sweet.

The top layer of an afternoon tea is usually reserved for those stand-out sweet dishes and the banoffee and chocolate pie, rose and raspberry Viennese swirl and mojito macaron didn’t disappoint. Visually stunning – the Viennese swirl bright pink,

the macaron a vivid green – they also managed to have the right balance of

That being said, we’d only managed a single scone each so were given a box to take the remaining ones home – always a bonus.

Owston Hall Hotel is an impressive venue in which to enjoy afternoon tea, you

you can see how it’s evolving too. Not ones to rest on their laurels, the Martin family are aiming to add a spa to the hotel’s offering, creating a little luxury resort in this part of Doncaster. It’s in an easy to reach location wherever you’re travelling from, just off the A19 and also ten minutes from the A1.

Standing the TEST OF TIME

Fresh from celerating their 25th anniversary last year, Zara’s in Tickhill continue to deliver outstanding food and superb service, writes Nigel Martin.

With the steady rise in the cost of living, there’s greater competition for the money in people’s pockets than ever before. This is as true of hospitality as it is of any other sector, as belts continue to be tightened and nights out are reduced to save a bit of cash.

One upshot of the intense competition is that it has led to a surge in innovation across our region, with the emergence of some fantastic restaurants and bars in recent years. There’s much to be celebrated when new entrants emerge, if they’re delivering something fresh and exciting that wasn’t previously available.

That said, when there’s less spare cash available than usual, but an evening at a restaurant can’t be resisted, the ideal solution is a destination where you’re guaranteed excellent value, outstanding dishes and superb service. Fresh from celebrating its 25th anniversary last year, it is fair to say that Zara’s in Tickhill near

category. After all, no business would ever survive so long without providing a quality experience, especially in such a competitive climate.

Tickhill, the picturesque market town eight miles south of Doncaster, Zara’s remains owned by Faruk Miah, under whose aegis the restaurant has honed its service and menu over the years. In the process he has helped create an offering that provides would ever want, and plenty more besides.

Kicking off proceedings with a pint of Cobra, a stack of papadums and a pickle tray (is there really any other way?); the onion chutney, mango chutney, chunky lime pickle, and riata were further bolstered with the addition of a bowl of chilli sauce, which manager, Abdul, assured us was made to a jealously guarded secret recipe (understandable given how delicious it was!). These proved to be a delightful

positive - not the last we would experience during our evening.

The crispy papadums and condiments did a great job of holding the fort while we eagerly awaited our starters. In the meantime, we soaked up the ambience of what is a cosy and beautifully decorated

other diners, many of which were obviously regulars, given the warm reception they received from the staff. A busy restaurant with many a returning customer is always a good sign, and the atmosphere was soon alive with happy diners.

It wasn’t long before our starters arrived, and they were a delight. The Fish Pakora was lightly coated with a delicate mix of ground chickpeas, spices, and dried pomegranate seeds, helping provide a crispy crunch to complement the

For those looking for a more robust option, the marinated lamb chops certainly understood the assignment, boasting plenty

its preparation in a Tandoori oven. Those of a vegetarian persuasion are equally well catered for, with the Vegetable Mixed Starter (Samosa, Onion Bhaji, Vegetable Pakora and Aloo Chop) not only providing high quality across the board, but also excellent value too.

With our papadums and starters soon polished off, it was time for the evening’s top billing to be rolled out, with the mains not only maintaining the lofty standards we’d enjoyed so far, but actually dialling it up even further.

First up was the Butter Chicken, which of chicken cooked in a Tandoori oven and served with a specially prepared butter sauce.

Staying on a poultry theme, the Chicken

a delicate balance between yoghurt and spices to accompany the chunky portions of chicken.

With the vegetarian within our party again having numerous options to choose from, after much deliberation they plumped for the Vegetable Karai, a selection of fresh veg cooked with herbs, spices, tomatoes, fresh ginger and peppers; bringing plenty of

To accompany our mains, we opted for and rice; all of which were provided in generous portions and played their respective roles perfectly.

Even after such a veritable feast of food, we could not not leave without

giving the desserts menu a once over, coming to the conclusion that a portion of the wonderfully-monikered Caramel Fantastica, along with three spoons, might be a good option, and so it proved. Lovely.

In summary, it is easy why Zara’s has become such a familiar feature on Tickhill’s main street, as its extensive range of dishes and drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) provide plenty of variety, while the superb consistency of the food was matched by the attentive and helpful waiting staff.

Another reason for Zara’s longevity is that even after two decades of operation, it is always striving to give its customers even more. For instance, due to demand, this year it will be opening on Christmas Day. For those looking to spice up their

considering, but given that December is thankfully still some way off, why not treat yourself and pay a visit soon? You will not be disappointed.
