The entire Falcon Point staff wishes to extend a warm welcome to you and your family. Our condominiums are owned by individuals like yourselves, who take pride in their vacation property. We hope you find that pride reflected through our service to you and your vacation enjoyment. Please call us if there is anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable. This guest directory has been prepared to acquaint you with Falcon Point and the Vail, Avon, and Beaver Creek areas. At Falcon Point, you will find privacy and security, coupled with resort amenities, convenience, and accessibility to all that our unique mountain valley community has to offer. You’ll enjoy the beautiful scenery that surrounds us. You’ll enjoy the beautiful scenery from east to west, overlooking Nottingham Lake and the breathtaking mountain views that surrounds us. Up the hill from us, you’ll be able to see the Beaver Creek ski resort. Take in the exquisite colors of fall, the glistening snow that covers the treetops in the winter, and the beautiful wildflowers that coat the mountains in the spring and summer.
