Here’s what has happened in the last month and what’s to come! As we welcome you to this edition of the Red Rock Property Management Magazine, our hearts remain with the Spokane community and everyone impacted by the recent wildfires. At Red Rock, community means more than managing properties—it means showing up when our neighbors need us most. We are proud to Stand With Spokane and are doing everything we can to support our tenants and local families who have been displaced, from helping connect people with available housing to providing essential supplies and resources during this difficult time. Even through challenging moments, we continue to be reminded of what makes our community so special. This summer, our team has loved

Standing With Spokane Supporting our community when it matters most. The recent wildfires throughout the Spokane area have impacted so many of our neighbors, displacing families and creating an immediate need for housing, essential items, and support. At Red Rock Property Management, our community is at the heart of what we do, and when our neighbors need help, we believe in stepping up. No one should be without a safe place to stay or the basic necessities they need during such a difficult time. Our Fire Relief Program was created to provide immediate support to those affected by the fires. We have been working to connect displaced individuals and families with available rental homes and housing resources, while also providing essential items including bottled water, non-perishable food, clothing, toiletries and hygiene products, blankets, towels, and other necessities. We are also supporting our own tenants who have been displaced, making sure they have access to the resources and assistance they need as they navigate what comes next.

Teeing Up with Our REALTOR® Community Connecting on the Course & Giving Back This summer, Red Rock Property Management was proud to hit the course and support our local real estate community at two incredible REALTOR® golf tournaments across the Inland Northwest. We joined Spokane REALTORS® for their Annual Golf Tournament at Wandermere Golf Course, bringing together agents, affiliates, colleagues, and community partners for a great day of golf. We also had the opportunity to participate in the Coeur d’Alene Regional REALTORS® Annual Charity Golf Tournament at Highlands Golf Course, an event that brought together REALTORS®, affiliates, local businesses, and community members for a memorable day on the course. Beyond the friendly competition and opportunity to connect with others in our industry, the tournament supported two incredible local causes, with proceeds benefiting Ramp-a-Thon and Village of Hope. It was a great reminder of how our real estate community continues to come together to make a meaningful difference throughout the Inland Northwest. A special thank you to Spokane REALTORS® and Coeur d’Alene Regional REALTORS® for organizing and hosting two outstanding golf tournaments this summer. Red Rock Property Management was proud to participate, connect with so many familiar and new faces, and support organizations that do so much for our communities.
