FAMILY FIT EVENT REDDING RANCHERIA The Redding Rancheria celebrated their final family fit event of the year at the Viking Skate Country. The Wellness department hosts three events throughout the year that assembles employees to get together with their families weather its outdoors at the lake paddle boarding or inside getting their skate on. We believe it is important to provide healthy activities for not only our employees to enjoy, but also their families! We were accompanied by RREDCO, Enlighten, Redding Rancheria Tribal Members, Win –River Resort and Casino. We had over 120 skaters who enjoyed the night out. Wellness is one of the Redding Rancherias’ key ingredients in creating an effective work life balance.

You bring honor and respect to the Redding Rancheria! CNIGA (California Nations Indian Gaming Association) is an organization that represents the interest of tribes involved in gaming activities in California. CNIGA is dedicated to supporting and advocating for the sovereign rights of its member tribes concerning their gaming operations. CNIGA works on various fronts, including legislative issues, regulatory concerns, and fostering positive relationships between tribal governments, the state of California, and the gaming industry. Their goal is to ensure the continued success and sustainability of tribal gaming enterprises while upholding tribal sovereignty.

CHRISTMAS MANAGERS MEETING REDDING RANCHERIA In the spirit of the holiday season, our dedicated team of managers came together for a special meeting in December, but instead of discussing business, they devoted their time to spreading joy and goodwill within our local community. In a heartwarming tradition, they set aside their professional roles for the afternoon to engage in a meaningful act of kindness. This year, a total of eleven teams participated in a mission to shop for Christmas gifts for eleven deserving families in our community. Each team is provided with a carefully curated list detailing the family members with their ages. Alongside this, they receive a budget to purchase thoughtful and festive gifts for each member of the family. It’s a beautiful combination of generosity, teamwork, and the holiday spirit. The anticipation for this yearly event builds up among our managers, who eagerly look forward to this unconventional “meeting.” It goes beyond the usual business gatherings, creating a profound connection between our team and the community we serve. This act of kindness is not just a gesture; it’s a testament to the values that define our company culture.

TURKEYS AND TOYS 2023 REDDING RANCHERIA The 5th Annual Redding Rancheria’s Turkey and Games event was a memorable occasion, filled with laughter, joy, and a true sense of community. We were able to giveaway 500 FREE Turkeys and Board games to help brighten families with some holiday cheer. As we gather to celebrate the holiday season let, us embrace the spirit of gratitude and togetherness that this event embodies. The Redding Rancheria’s Turkey and Games event has become a cherished tradition in Games on Games our community, bringing together families, friends, and neighbors to celebrate the Holidays in a joyous and inclusive atmosphere.

REDDING RANCHERIA NIGHT AT THE GARDEN OF LIGHTS REDDING RANCHERIA At Redding Rancheria, the joy of the holiday season extends beyond the workplace. This year, we had the pleasure of treating our valued employees and Tribal Members to a magical evening at the Redding Garden of Lights. In the spirit of community and togetherness, Redding Rancheria rented out a night at this enchanting venue. The event was a perfect opportunity for Tribal Members and employees to create lasting memories with their families while immersing themselves in the festive atmosphere of the Garden of Lights. Redding Rancheria takes pride in fostering a sense of community and camaraderie, and events like these show our commitment to creating a vibrant and inclusive environment for all. Redding Rancheria extends warm wishes to our extended family—our employees, members, and their loved ones.

TRIBAL NATIONS SUMMIT REDDING RANCHERIA The 2023 White House Tribal Nations Summit took place on the week on December 6th and 7th and was attended by 300 tribal leaders, including Stacey Carman, the Chief Operating Officer of the Redding Rancheria. This Summit focuses primarily on Indian gaming and the protection of tribal lands. These topics are crucial for the 574 federally recognized tribes in the United States, as they are closely tied to tribal sovereignty and the rights of these communities to manage and safeguard their resources and cultural heritage. This Summit also aims to bring attention to these significant issues at a national level, highlighting the ongoing efforts and challenges faced by Native American tribes in safeguarding their interests and rights.

Jesica is being recognized for the following reasons. Jesica took over as the supervisor of the Billing Department all while maintaining her impeccable billing and coding standards. Jesica maintains the highest standards for billing and coding so that at any time we would pass an audit with the State.
