Principals Message
Dear Families, Over the past few weeks at Reddam ELS Lindfield, Reconciliation week has been included in our program and experiences for the children. Reconciliation week is held across Australia from 27th May to 3rd June and as an Early Childhood School, Indigenous perspectives are incorporated at all times throughout the program. We also reflect on how we implement these experiences for children at our staff meetings monthly so staff are able to discuss ideas and thoughts with the team. Our education team encourages children to be involved with resources, experiences and literature that reflect the indigenous culture with respect and understanding. We as educators, are also conscious of being positive in our approach to reconciliation and use terminology with the children
