Dear Parents and Caregivers, The start of the Yearly Examinations is upon Year 7 - Year 10 students with English being written across the board today. Year 12 students start next Thursday. I remind all parents, as I reminded the students in assembly today, that it is the process that is important. If students are doing their best by preparing as thoroughly as they possibly can, and are working on the skills of how best to learn, working collaboratively with each other and their teachers, then that would be a successful examination period. It is not about the marks at this point. A concerted effort with the correct attitude in approaching these examinations will see the end result look after itself in time. I wish all the students a calm exam period. This week the Dance Extravaganza, ‘Radiance - To dance with passion is to glow from within’ was held on Tuesday and Wednesday nights at the Playhouse Theatre, NIDA. Mrs. Collier-Walsh said, “the Dance students from Yr 7 -12 have worked so hard in preparation for the event and I am so very proud of each and every one of them. It is so special to be able to put this show on for the first time in two years and it is even more rewarding to see our dance community connecting and working together again. Their dedication, passion, and talents are an absolute joy and a privilege to witness. We are so pleased with the success of Radiance and credit so much of it to the positive energy and camaraderie of our Dance community. It's a precious thing.”

that a performance like that ranked the Dance at Reddam in a bracket beyond any of the eighty-five schools in the Inspired network, of which we are part. While we are not in competition, it is great to know that the quality of Dance at our school is world-class. Well done to all the dance students, Mrs. Collier-Walsh, and Ms. Knight on two fantastic evenings. More photo’s pages 4 and 5.

I was also thrilled to receive a snap shot of the new Year 12 Body of Works in the making. I’m already loving some of their work and look forward to an exciting year ahead.

Mr. Crawford, Reddam’s founder who is visiting Sydney, was at the evening. He was blown away and mentioned
