Wave One On-Sale Dates
• Member-only online presale Monday, April 20 at 7pm
• Member in-person sales Tuesday, April 21 at 9am

Wave Two On-Sale Dates

To participate in the member-only presales and receive a $5 per ticket discount, you’ll need:
• A current membership at the Garden-Flex level or above*, purchased by 6:30pm Sunday, April 19.
*Garden membership is not refundable and does not guarantee concert ticket availability.
Tips to Prepare
• Garden members:
• Ensure that your Garden-Flex level (or above) membership is current.
• Know how many concert tickets are included with your membership level.
• To access the presale, you will be prompted to enter a promo code (all lowercase, no spaces). Your promo code is the email address associated with your Garden membership.
• If you are unsure of promo code, call the Visitor Center at 801.585.0556.
• The billing address you enter must match your credit card billing address, or the transaction will be declined.

Avoid Concert Ticket Scams
• We do not allocate tickets to third-party resellers or brokers.
• We recommend that you only purchase authentic Red Butte Garden Outdoor Concert Series tickets through Etix.com or at the Red Butte Garden box office.

Ticket prices increase the day-of-show. Garden member discounts do not apply for day-of-show purchases.
Where to Pick Up Tickets
• When purchasing tickets, you may select printat-home or will-call.
• Will-call tickets may only be picked up by the purchaser with valid ID.
• Before the day of the show, will-call tickets are available at the Visitor Center.
• On the day of the show, will-call tickets are available after 4pm at the Amphitheatre box office.

Know Before You Go
General Info
• Check our website for gate and show times.
• The Garden is open from 9am until 5pm on concert days.
• The Amphitheatre will-call booth opens at 4pm.
• Re-entry is not permitted once you enter the Amphitheatre.

Parking
• Parking is free but limited. We encourage you to use ride-share apps, bike, taxi, or plan your route using public transportation at rideuta.com.
• A passenger drop-off area is located near the Amphitheatre will-call booth.

Bike Valet
• Ride to the Amphitheatre and stow your bike at our complimentary bike valet tent.
Venue Seating
The Amphitheatre is general admission lawn seating. You are welcome to bring a low-back chair and blanket.
• Low-back chairs:
• Max size 12” from ground to seat bottom
• Max size 32” from ground to top of chair back
• Low-back chairs are available for purchase in the Visitor Center Gift Shop and at the Amphitheatre merchandise tent.
• Blankets used by individuals or groups:
• Max size 4’x 6’ (24 square feet)
We reserve the right to limit the number and size of blankets and chairs used by individuals or groups. The venue is often full; please respect each other by occupying adequate, but not excessive, space.
All concerts are held rain or shine.
Concerts may be delayed, paused, or shortened due to lightning or high winds. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather. Be prepared for changing conditions, including sun, heat, wind, cold, or rain.
Food and Beverage
• Food and non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase inside the venue.
• You are welcome to bring a small cooler and pack a picnic. No cooking is allowed.
• Water bottle refill stations are located near the restrooms.
What NOT to Bring
• Wagons, carts, large coolers, selfie sticks, laptops, drones, noisemakers, inflatables, laser pens, weapons (unless permitted by law), or any illegal substances or items.
• No pets or comfort animals (only service animals are allowed).
• No smoking of any kind.
Photography
• No flash photography. Cameras with removable lenses, video cameras, drones, and recording devices are prohibited. Photography may be restricted during some shows.
Recycling
• Bins for trash, glass, and aluminum are available. Please pack out whatever you bring in.
Accessibility & Accommodations
• A paved ADA-designated area for guests who use mobility devices is located inside the Amphitheatre near the soundboard.
• Guests with mobility disabilities or limited mobility may get in the ADA line and enter through the Donor Entrance gate with one accompanying adult ticketholder and/or minor children ticketholders. There is no early entry.
