This is an action brought pursuant to, inter alia, the Trafficking Victims
Protection Act, 22 U.S.c. ยง 7101 et

the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.c. ยง 201
et seq, 42 U.S.c. ยง 1981, and COlmecticut law, challenging Defendants' over ten year history of coercing Plaintiffs' labor at wages below those mandated by federal and state
law. 2.
Plaintiffs seek to recover unpaid wages and other damages inflicted by
Defendants, who are owners, principals, employees and agents of Rocco's Pastry Shop
