CHESHIRE — The Town Council voted this month to move forward with several large projects as part of its capital budget, which will be formally voted on and approved at
its next meeting on July 11. There are six project items that are planned that could be up for referendum, the largest of which is a comprehensive HVAC improvement to Doolittle Elementary School and
