Cancellation: In the unfortunate event that your company must cancel its participation, 50% will be refunded if written notice is received by 30 June, 2015. There will be no refund after 30 June, 2015. Changes: In the event of a Force Majeure caused by war, riots, fire, rebellion, earthquake, natural disaster, changes in government policy on monetary or telecommunication, the Organizer reserves the right to change exhibition dates and duration as needed. The booth fee will not be returned and the Exhibitor shall not be entitled to any claim compensation in connection with their reservation for participation.
