Willem brings a strong background in client service and hospitality management to the real estate industry Born and raised in Seattle, WA, he earned his degree from Washington State University, majoring in International Business with a concentration in Hospitality Business Management

Most recently, he worked at Marriott's Westin Seattle Hotel, where he delivered elevated guest experiences and managed detailed, high-volume Food & Beverage operations He now serves as Executive Client Manager, supporting Brittany Robinett, Steve Snider, and Stosh Jackson by applying a hospitality-driven approach to ensure a consistently high level of service for every client

Outside of work, Willem is an avid Seattle sports fan and enjoys taking advantage of all the outdoor activities that the Pacific Northwest offers
