Nearly 15 years ago we purposely joined offices in Del Mar/Carmel Valley. They are frequently surprised when we suggest Oceanside and/or North Coast Village. We inform them that we personally own, and have owned for nearly 20 years, in North Coast Village and, in our opinion, it’s an incredible place to invest/own. This has allowed us to procure many buyers and agents who may have never considered North Coast Village or Oceanside. Additionally, our office in Del Mar/Carmel Valley is the largest of any real estate office in San Diego County – it hosts more than 500 agents, has the highest sales volume, and the highest amount of homes sold in the entire County.
