MEET STACIE WHITBECK

A native of Syracuse, Stacie Whitbeck relocated to Rochester in 1985 to launch a distinguished career in healthcare leadership, administration, and consulting. She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nursing from the University of Rochester and began her career at Strong Hospital, where she quickly rose through the administrative ranks. As Assistant Vice President of Nursing at Highland Hospital, she was later recruited by Ernst & Young/Cap Gemini in New York City, serving as a national operational and financial consultant for academic healthcare systems across the country.

In 2001, Stacie partnered with her husband, a well-known orthopedic spine surgeon Dr Gordon Whitbeck, to establish what would become the most successful private surgical practice in Western New York. After 25 years in healthcare, Stacie made the seamless transition into real estate in 2012–pursuing a lifelong passion for architecture, design, and the intricacies of highvalue property transactions.

Now a top-producing real estate broker, Stacie specializes in the marketing and sale of exceptional properties throughout Western New York and the Finger Lakes. She and her family reside in Pittsford and enjoy summers on Canandaigua Lake. When not working, Stacie enjoys spending time with her husband of 42 years and their two children, Andrew and Betta. She enjoys travel, entertaining, pickleball, exercising, and the vibrant social and cultural fabric of life in Western New York.
